Background:As China's economic and social development continues, the quality of life of the nation is improving, but also brings some of the children and youth Negative impacts, such as the continuing rise in obesity rates, are on the decline in physical health. In response to this, the state has introduced a series of policies and experts and scholars have done a lot of research on improving the physical health of students, and there are many studies on the different There is limited research related to the extent to which exercise programs affect the physical health of students. Objective:In this context, this study examines the extent to which the implementation of different exercise program interventions affects the physical health of students in the second grade of primary school, taking into account the characteristics of the physically sensitive period. Methods:Documentary research, experimental methods, mathematical and statistical methods, and logical analysis were used to conduct the study.Six second-grade classes of primary school students in Beijing Experimental School(Haidian)were selected as the experimental subjects, and they were randomly divided into groups for regular physical education. The two classes of the control, physical training, and physical play groups each had an intervention period of 30 weeks, with two experimental interventions per week.Results:(1)Comparison of data before and after the test:physical form, the control group, the physical fitness group, the height of the game group before and after the test data were significantly different(P<0.05),weight,BMI before and after the test data were not significantly different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in physical function between the three groups in terms of pre and post-test spirometry data.In terms of physical quality, there is a very significant difference between the data of the three groups before and after the 50-meter run,one-minute jump rope,20 seconds repeated side stride,10-meter round-trip run(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the comparison of data from anterior and posterior tests of seated body flexion(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the one-minute crunches before and after the game group(P>0.05),and a significant difference in the one-minute crunches before and after the physical activity group(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between the physical fitness group and the game group before and after the standing long jump test data(P<0.01),and a significant difference between the control group before and after the standing long jump test data(P<0.05).(2)Results of the inter-group comparison:body shape, physical function, physical quality of the indicators of the pre-test data between groups, there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Between-group comparisons of the post-measure data for each indicator, between the physical fitness group and the control group and the one-minute jump rope post-measure data for the game group had a significant difference(P<0.05),and between-group comparisons of the post-measure data for the other indicators, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Results of mean difference comparison:the control group had the lowest increase in mean difference in body weight and BMI,and the highest increase in mean difference in 50-meter run,one-minute sit-up and seated forward bending;the physical group had the highest increase in mean difference in height, lung capacity,one-minute jump rope,20-second repeated side step and round-trip running; The game group had the largest increase in the mean difference in the standing long jump. Conclusions:The 30-week interventions of the different exercise programs were all effective in promoting height gain and maintaining good posture;the 30-week interventions of the different exercise programs were not effective in promoting physical fitness;the 30-week interventions of the different exercise programs were all effective in promoting physical fitness but had different effects on physical fitness;the interventions of the exercise programs of the physical fitness group were more effective in promoting the development of physical fitness.
