In recent years,although China's high-level competitive aerobics has achieved good results internationally,and the development of national competitive aerobics sports is also booming,the development of the technical level of competitive aerobics in the high school stage is not very outstanding.There are many reasons,and one of the more important reasons is that in high school students' competitive aerobics training,there is no scientific and effective training method for high school students,resulting in high school competitive aerobics coaches and students doing a lot of useless work,both Time-consuming and laborious.At present,high school competitive aerobics training methods are in many ways inheriting the training methods of gymnastics or artistic gymnastics.To a large extent,it is not suitable for the training of competitive aerobics.In terms of daily strength training,traditional strength training methods are basically used.Although the use of traditional strength quality training has made the students' competitive aerobics level reach a certain level,with the continuous improvement of the athletic skill level of competitive aerobics and various Constant changes in rules have put forward more new requirements for competitive aerobics trainers.Under this changing situation,competitive aerobics trainers need to have better strength and qualities as the basic support of their skills in order to achieve higher levels.The level of progress has been improved,so it is more necessary for athletic aerobics coaches to use more targeted,scientific and reasonable training methods for athletic aerobics trainers.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods to compare the core strength training and traditional strength training of high school students to explore the core strength training to improve the competition of high school students.The quality of aerobics is difficult to complete.Research results: ?
