As China enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring continue to accelerate,the demand for technical and skilled personnel in all walks of life is more and more urgent,and the important role and role of vocational education is becoming increasingly prominent.Vocational education mainly contributes to the improvement of national competitiveness by cultivating scientific quality and application-oriented technical talents and improving the ability of independent innovation.The development of modern vocational education is an era demand of China’s transformation from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing country.In the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" issued by the State Council in 2019,it is clearly stated that "the important status and role of vocational education is becoming increasingly prominent." The Ten Opinions on Running Vocational Education in the New Era,issued jointly by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and other 11 departments,also clearly called for "systematic planning and layout of vocational education in the large-scale construction of a strong modern education and a strong economic and cultural province".Dongying City clearly stated in the "Dongying City Vocational Education Development Plan" that a modern vocational education system and a complete lifelong education system corresponding to the construction of the Yellow River Delta’s highly efficient ecological economic zone and the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone should be formed.It can be seen that the status of vocational education is gradually increasing.In the development of vocational education,the construction of teachers is particularly important.The introduction of talents is of great help to the construction of teachers.Talent is the intellectual source of the development of vocational colleges and an important component of core competitiveness.By introducing talents,vocational colleges can improve the level of education and teaching,and cultivate more outstanding talents,thereby providing a strong guarantee of human resources for China’s economic development.The improvement of teachers’ ability in vocational colleges is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education and teaching,to achieve the goal of personnel training,and to promote the sustainable development of vocational education.In recent years,various vocational colleges have paid great attention to talent introduction and construction,and have formulated various policies and incentive measures to attract talents.In 2017,Dongying City began to implement the "Double Hundred Talents Plan".Although Dongying City has made some achievements in talent introduction,it has also revealed problems such as the gap between the "demand" and "introduction" of scarce talents,"attractable,unsustainable" talents,and insufficient overall talent development systems.These problems also exist correspondingly in the introduction of talents in vocational colleges.This paper systematically summarizes the current experience of talent introduction in Dongying City’s vocational colleges through research on current talent introduction work in Dongying City’s vocational colleges,finds existing problems,and proposes suggestions for further improvement.It can provide reference for the further development of talent introduction in vocational colleges in Dongying City and other regions.
