Vocational education plays an important role in pushing forward social and economic development,and professional teachers as the core competitiveness of vocational colleges are important factor in improving the quality of vocational education.Since 2019,from the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” issued by the State Council,to the “Several Measures to Support the Development of Vocational Education in Guizhou Province” issued by Guizhou Provincial Government,both clearly states that new professional teachers hired by vocational colleges should have certain enterprise work experience and professional qualifications,and it is clear that the benefit and the continuing education system of professional teachers should be improved and protected.In this background,the research has important practical significance for helping higher vocational colleges in Guiyang to optimize human resource management function.Based on the research of the literature about talent introduction and management in vocational colleges from home and abroad,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories used in the research,through the literature investigation,interview investigation,and questionnaire investigation,this paper reminds that the current problems of professional teachers introduction in Guiyang higher vocational colleges is mainly manifested in unsound talent policy and unsatisfactory implementation effect,unreasonable talent concept and employment plan,few ways and channels for talent introduction,backward talent evaluation mechanism,and insufficient talent treatment guarantee.On the basis of reason analysis,combined with the advanced talent introduction and management experience in vocational colleges at home and abroad,specific countermeasures to solve the problems are proposed from the government level and the vocational college level,which can help higher vocational colleges in Guiyang to expand professional teachers' scale and quality,it also has enlightenment and reference significance for higher vocational colleges in other provinces and cities to improve talent introduction works,and it is conducive to promote professional teachers development among vocational colleges in different regions.
