| Learning adaptability is an important factor affecting the academic performance and psychological development of students in ethnic universities.Meanwhile,good learning adaptability of students also plays a positive role in improving the educational quality of ethnic universities.This study combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and it attempts to find the obstacles and reasons of Tibetan undergraduates’learning adaptation,and further explore the corresponding solutions through the questionnaire survey of 113 Tibetan undergraduates in M ethnic university,as well as in-depth interviews with 15 Tibetan students.This study draws the following conclusions:First,the overall learning adaptability of Tibetan undergraduates in M ethnic university is at a medium level,and the learning adaptability of most Tibetan undergraduates needs to be improved.Among the five dimensions:learning motivation,teaching mode,learning attitude,learning ability and environmental factors,Tibetan students have obstacles in adapting to the teaching mode and learning attitude.Second,there are individual differences in learning adaptability of Tibetan undergraduates in M ethnic university,mainly reflected in gender,grade and major.In terms of gender,there is no significant difference in overall learning adaptability between male and female students,but the learning motivation of female students is significantly higher than that of male students.In terms of majors,liberal arts majors’ students have better learning adaptability than science majors’ students,and their learning motivation and learning ability are significantly higher than those of science majors’ students.In terms of grades,the learning adaptability of the three grades is quite different.The freshman has the worst adaptability,followed by the sophomore,and the junior has the best adaptability.Thirdly,the interview shows that the learning maladjustment of Tibetan undergraduates is directly related to regional economic development,family education,cultural and psychological factors and school management.This paper proposes corresponding measures from the point of local governments,the schools,teachers and students respectively,in order to improve the learning adaptability of Tibetan undergraduates in ethnic universities. |
