Undergraduates' learning adaptability is a kind of ability characteristic which means that undergraduates can adjust their own learning motivation and behavior initiatively according to the diversified learning condition inside and outside and their own require of learning in order to improve learning ability, harmonize learning psychology and behavior with diversified learning condition, acquire remarkable learning achievement. It can be materialized through two basic aspects, that is, learning motivation and learning behavior. The research of undergraduates' learning adaptability is the external require for undergraduates to adapt themselves to the social development, it is also the require of developing undergraduates' psychology diathesis health and acquiring achievement, the theory and practice of psychology diathesis education also press for it. Some pilot study about undergraduates' learning adaptability has been carried out abroad, but the domestic research about this aspect is still lack of being paid attention to comparatively. There is also devoid of special measure list on undergraduates" learning adaptability. This research frames 'undergraduates' learning adaptability questionnaire' (ULAQ) and uses it as measure implement to research developmental characteristics of undergraduates' learning adaptability and to further study the influence factors of undergraduates' learning adaptability.This research adopts the methods of expert consulting and exoteric investigating questionnaire of students. The author consulted correlated research in and aboard to frame the pretest of undergraduates' learning adaptability, after eliminating some items according to the measurement standard, he got the dimensionalities of undergraduates' learning adaptability using the method of factors analysis and then framed the formal questionnaire.Analysis result coming from 1765 Undergraduates of several representative high schools in Sichuan province and Chongqing city indicates;1 The structure of undergraduates' learning adaptability is a multi-dimensionality and mult-ilayer structure model which consists of two dimensionalities and eight factors. The dimensionality of learning motivation is made up of four aspects called speciality interest, independence administration, pressure adjusting. The dimensionality of learning behavior consists of five aspects called method application, appeal tendency, information utilizing, circumstance selecting, knowledge transform. The demonstration model basically tallies with the hypothetic theory model.2 This research frames the undergraduates' learning adaptability questionnaire based on theory conceiving and demonstration conceiving. Statistic proved that it is believable and effective. It also can be a more ideal implement in testing undergraduates' learning adaptability.3 There isn't any sexual difference in undergraduates' learning adaptability on the whole. But boys are obviously better than girls on information utilizing gene.4 Holistically there lies remarkable grade difference in undergraduates' learning adaptability. It has the tendency of descending as the grade heightened. The improvement is imbalance at each dimensionality and gene level. On the whole, the learning adaptability of sophomore and senior can be in worse condition.5 There is remarkable difference of learning adaptability in different Students origin. Actually, the students from country can better develop the learning adaptability than the students from cities and also can be at higher level. But on the speciality interest, the students from cities are better .6 There is remarkable difference of learning adaptability in speciality type. It indicates: science >arts>art and RE. but correspondingly the improvement is imbalance at each dimensionality and gene level.7 On the factor of family upbringing, we can see the students who were brought up under democratic upbringing have better learning adaptability than others.
