In recent years,the research on the reform of school physical education by domestic scholars has never stopped,and countless efforts have been made to cultivate students' all-round development.With the implementation of "healthy China2030" program,the state puts forward higher requirements for improving the health level of adolescents.As an important stage of the healthy development of teenagers,public sports play an irreplaceable role.This paper takes the public physical education course of Orienteering in Colleges and universities as the starting point,takes "healthy China 2030" as the research background,adheres to the guiding ideology of "health first",combines the teaching design with the principle of "teaching + entertainment",and according to the education concept of "student-centered" and the results oriented education theory,adopts the hierarchical progressive teaching mode and "2421" teaching mode to carry out the teaching reform research.Teaching design combines orienteering and sports games,and improves students' physique,teaching effect and attitude of physical exercise by setting teaching objectives,constructing teaching mode,optimizing teaching content and designing interesting and targeted classroom teaching.This research designs the teaching reform plan according to the current situation of Public Physical Education of Orienteering in Colleges and universities,and carries on the teaching demonstration research.In the experiment,the students of 2018 Orienteering class were selected as the research objects,and the control group and the experimental group were set up.The experiment tests the teaching effect of teaching reform design through the comparison of students' physical test data,final test results and physical exercise attitude.The results showed that: 1.Through the experiment,the students' body shape was significantly improved(P < 0.05);in terms of physical quality,compared with the control group boys,the experimental group boys' vitalcapacity and standing long jump items were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and other items were improved except for sitting forward bending,which was more comprehensive than the control group boys' physical improvement.2? Compared with the control group,the boys in the experimental group had better performance in classroom teaching,better mastery of skills and better learning effect(P < 0.05).3?According to the comparison results of the "exercise attitude scale" after the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,as well as between different genders(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was stronger than the control group,boys were stronger than girls.Through the experimental results,we can see that under the vision of healthy China,the teaching objectives of the reform and research of orienteering teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities are more comprehensive,the teaching mode is more effective,the teaching content is more rich and interesting,the teaching design can better achieve the teaching objectives,and the implementation feasibility is high.And through the research of teaching reform,it provides new ideas for the future reform of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities.
