With the continuous development of science and technology, the combination of Internet technology and education has formed a new education mode, and information technology has penetrated into all aspects of society.MOE as a product of Internet plus education redefines the roles of teachers and students. The MOOC term was introduced in 2008 after the introduction of the curriculum model in the United States and other western developed countries.MOOC has also received great attention in China. In order to realize the modern teaching of public sports moocchio,Shanghai Normal University's 2018 undergraduate public sports moocchio reform takes the basic theoretical knowledge of public sports as the teaching content of public sports moocchio in the mode of cooperation between the University and the Internet company. This paper analyzes the research by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interview and experiment.201 After the implementation of MOOC,the questionnaire data were analyzed and compared. The research results and conclusions of MOOC in Shanghai Normal University are as follows:Result:1.The characteristics of MOOC teaching mode bring new teaching perspective and thinking to the public physical education workers in Colleges and universities, and also put forward higher requirements for the self-cultivation of public physical education teachers.2.In terms of students' satisfaction with MOOC,the overall evaluation is better.3.There are 4846 students in the course of public physical education MOOC.The total learning time is 678.44 hours, and the average courseware completion is92.8%.4.After the Muke experiment, the students made chi square test on the differences of sports content discussion after class, the chi square value was 19.781,P= 0.003 < 0.05,the data was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Teachers are the direct users of MOOC technology.Teachers of public physical education should first change their ideas, keep pace with the times andupdate their ideas.2.The teaching mode of MOOC short video is in line with students' learning habits, but the reflection speed of course content and server will affect students' learning experience;the clarity of content and the help of teaching content are the two most important factors affecting satisfaction.3.Through the fragmented learning of MOOC,students' fragmented viewing and reading learning behavior can deepen students' understanding of basic theoretical knowledge of public sports, save sports resources, and leave more time for teachers to guide students to practice in the classroom.4.Through the study of MOOC,there are differences in learning interests between the experimental group and the control group.MOOC teaching mode can improve students' learning enthusiasm to a certain extent.
