| With the development of science and technology,the arrival of artificial intelligence,STEAM education has become a hot spot in the world,and the STEAM education mode is widely recognized in the world education field.In China,the development time of STEAM education is relatively short and the development situation is relatively single.This research combines the STEAM education concept with the "extracurricular practice" column of junior high school biology,designs the extracurricular practice lesson of junior high school biology based on STEAM education,cultivates students’ innovation and exploration ability in the extracurricular practice process,stimulates students to review knowledge through extracurricular practice activities,stimulates students’ interest in biological learning,and forms students’ hands-on operation and problem-solving Ability.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,unstructured interview and lesson analysis,this study has a deep understanding of steam education.Based on the investigation of "extracurricular practice" column,it analyzes the teaching object and content,designs and implements lesson.The paper consists of six parts: the first part describes the background and research methods of the problem research;the second part is the definition of the concept of this research and the research status of steam education at home and abroad;the third part is to understand the use of the "extracurricular practice" column and the students’ extracurricular practice activities through the questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers,as well as teachers Understanding of steam education;the fourth part is to analyze and classify the characteristic columns and "extracurricular practice" columns in biology of Junior High School of Human Education Edition;the fifth part is based on the above analysis,combined with the junior high school biology curriculum standard,to design four extracurricular practice activities of biology based on steam education,and to practice and evaluate the lessons in person.From the results of implementation and students’ feedback,the extracurricular practical activities of steam education mode promote students’ love for biology course,and also cultivate students’ ability of exploration and practice.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper,steam education and junior high school biology "extracurricular practice" column combine well,promote the development of students,fully reflect the cultivation of biological core literacy.Promote the professional development of teachers and enhance the multi-disciplinary knowledge of teachers. |
