Based on High School Chemistry Class,the students in three different level high schools were selected as a research object.The current situation of senior high school students’ ability to ask questions was investigated deeply and systematically and data statistics was made through questionnaire and interview.The results of statistics and interviews showed that senior high school students’ problem-posing ability was poor generally,which was significant impacted by chemistry study interest,chemistry score and character.According to the results the targeted training strategies of senior high school students’ problem-posing ability were proposed.The effect of the strategies was tested through teaching practice by action research and experiment research.The data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0.By comparing the results of pre-test and post-test between the experimental class and the control class,it was found that the teaching strategies adopted in the research significantly improved the quantity of students’ questions,and the question expression ability of students,it built a good foundation for the cultivation of "scientific exploration and innovative consciousness".
