Comparative Analysis Of Decision-making Information Services Of Domestic And Foreign University Think Tanks

Think tank,as an important institution of decision-making consultation in modern countries in the 21 st century,plays an irreplaceable role.Among all kinds of think tanks,as an important part of the new think tank system,University think tanks also play an important role in strategic research,capital and political advice,personnel training,public opinion guidance,etc.Think tanks in Colleges and universities are founded and rely on various research universities,so they can make efficient use of the information of colleges and universities,and can effectively build a campus internal resource allocation situation in which the government occupies a dominant position and the market can regulate and control the two ways simultaneously.Think tanks established by universities can make use of their most reliable knowledge,technical capabilities and all resources to create valuable references and suggestions for the country and society to formulate policies,which is of great significance to enhance the country’s soft power.Nowadays,the research on University think tanks at home and abroad is very extensive,but most of the research is limited to the construction and development of University think tanks,and the comparison between Chinese and American University think tanks.So far,the research on the comparison of decision-making information services of University think tanks is still blank.Based on the perspective of University think tanks,this paper first combs the theoretical system of University think-tanks and decision-making information services from the literature,summarizes and extracts from the literature at home and abroad,mainly by in-depth comparison of the contents and methods of decision-making information services of University think tanks at home and abroad,and then combines the research theories of decision-making information services of University think tanksat home and abroad,through website survey,literature review,etc Through research,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in terms of resource support,internal structure,service content,service mode,think tank culture,etc.of University think tanks’ participation in decision-making information service,so as to ultimately improve the decision-making advisory service ability of University think tanks in China.
