General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities: "in order to enhance the affinity and pertinence of Ideological and political education and meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development,all other courses should observe a certain channel and form a good responsibility field,so that all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses can work together to form a synergy effect." Therefore,how to break the "isolated island effect" between Ideological and political education and professional education for a long time,carry out the moral education in the whole process of college classroom teaching,all-round and all staff,promote the ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political cooperation,complement each other,and build the pattern of the people's Congress is one of the important tasks facing Chinese colleges and universities in the new era.After that,colleges and universities in all regions regard the ideological and political construction of college courses as the top priority of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and have achieved a series of good teaching results and achievements,but there are also some problems.It can be seen that it is of great significance to explore the problems of Ideological and political construction in Colleges and universities,the causes of the problems and the implementation path for winning the battle of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities with ideological and political construction as the main line.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the related theories of Ideological and political education are summarized.First of all,the connotation of Ideological and political curriculum is analyzed,including the basic meaning of Ideological and political curriculum,the basic composition of Ideological and political curriculum,the basic characteristics of Ideological and political curriculum.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education,including the basic theory of Marxism,the theory of curriculum cultural development,and the theory of effective teaching.Finally,the necessity of Ideological and political construction of university curriculum is expounded.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of Ideological and political construction of university curriculum.Through the interview and investigation of the administrators,teachers and students of the ideological and political construction of university courses,we can understand the achievements of the ideological and political construction of university courses at present.According to the results of the investigation,we can analyze the problems existing in the ideological and political construction of university courses,mainly including the problems of the concept level,the cooperation level and the ability level.The third part,the reasons for the problems in the ideological and political construction ofuniversity curriculum.First,there is a lack of Ideological and political construction management in Colleges and universities,which mainly includes basic research,strengthening top-level design,depending on the College platform,optimizing education and teaching evaluation;fifth,actively responding to the potential external social environment The impact mainly includes the establishment of a reasonable and standardized risk prevention mechanism and the establishment of relevant courses to strengthen positive guidance.
