According to the "professional standard of Kindergarten principal" promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the director of Kindergarten has put forward specific and detailed professional requirements.As the educator,manager and leader of preschool education system,the professional quality of the director plays an important role in the development of kindergarten,preschool teachers and children.Based on the "professional standard of kindergarten principal" and taking the new perspective of kindergarten principal's cultural accomplishment as the starting point,this research explores the possible problems through an empirical investigation of the Huaibei Kindergarten principal's cultural attainment,and puts forward feasible suggestions to better serve the cause of Huaibei preschool education.On the basis of summarizing the related research,this paper constructs a theoretical construction of the dimensions of the kindergarten principal's cultural attainment,and makes a questionnaire by interviewing and expert's guidance,and tests the indexes of the questionnaire,which has good reliability and validity,and finally forms the questionnaire of the status of the kindergarten director's cultural accomplishment.Taking this questionnaire as the survey tool,the 66 kindergarten principals in Huaibei of Anhui Province were surveyed,and the statistical software SPSS22.0 the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of the collected data,in order to understand the present situation and influencing factors of the cultural accomplishment of the kindergarten director of Huaibei in Anhui Province.At the same time,in order to excavate the more valuable content of the kindergarten principal's cultural accomplishment,the paper chooses 6 representative kindergarten heads to carry on the depth interview,as the basis of promoting the kindergarten's cultural accomplishment strategy.The results show that the development of cultural literacy of Huaibei kindergartens in Anhui province reaches a good level.The concrete manifestation is: First,although the kindergarten principal culture accomplishment overall has achieved the good level,but the cultural accomplishment development is not balanced.Secondly,the different dimensions of the kindergarten principal's cultural attainment are unbalanced,and the specific performance is as follows: the professional understanding and understanding of the cultural attainment score is higher,and the professional knowledge and method and the ability and behavior score are lower.Third,the kindergarten director's professional understanding and understanding of cultural literacy score is higher than professional knowledge and methods and professional ability and behavior score.The reasons for the uneven development of the principal cultural attainments of Huaibei kindergartens in Anhui Province include: Different professional backgrounds,higher education level,different working experience and so on.Finally,there are differences in the development of the cultural attainment of the kindergarten heads with different working experiences in different dimensions.Aiming at the problems found by the Institute,this research related countermeasures: Perfecting the multi-dimensional training system,improving the cultural accomplishment of the principal's various dimensions,adjusting the work transfer mechanism,improving the kindergarten principal's cultural attainment,strengthening the Director's independent study and promoting the self-cultural accomplishment.
