The Application Of Case Work In The Construction Of A Social Support Network For Family Foster Children

Family is an important place for children to develop healthy personality.A good foster care environment is conducive to children to feel the warmth of the family and promote the healthy development of children's body,mind,community and spirit.With the development of social welfare in our country,the security of children in foster care has been strengthened.But the reality is that countries to foster children's welfare is given priority to this solitary abandoned children,other types of children,as a result of parents' divorce,imprisonment,migrant workers and other reasons who can not get the parents' care,foster care in other families,this children is still in the marginalized position of social security,safeguard measures about family foster children remains to be perfect.In the face of this situation,the author used the method of case work to study a foster child in a family on the basis of understanding the plight,needs,social support network construction,social assistance status and social worker intervention.In the study,guided by the cognitive behavioral theory and the dominant perspective theory,the author evaluated the plight and needs of foster children in families,designed intervention programs,integrated and coordinated resources,and helped the service object to establish a social support network,so as to help the service object to solve the difficulties.In addition,the author hopes to take this as an example to explore the feasible service of social work in family foster care for children,so as to make up for the current situation in which the family foster care for children assistance service is insufficient and the assistance system is not perfect.
