Research On The Construction Of Social Support Network For Children In Difficult Families Involved By Social Work

With the continuous advancement of the task of relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas,the relocation of poverty alleviation has moved from the critical stage of "removing the poor nest and cutting the poor root" to the stage of follow-up support of "becoming rich and integrating".On the one hand,children from poor families in easy-going areas cannot get better parenting and care due to their guardians or poor families.On the other hand,they are faced with the problems of adapting and integrating into the new community environment as soon as possible.In the new environment,their needs can not be well met,they are facing many difficulties,behind the lack of adequate social support and the use of effective resources,based on this,to build an effective social support network is an effective measure to solve their problems.Three social linkage project as the background,this study on the theory of social support network and increases the power theory perspective,explore the social work intervention troubled families children the path of building social support networks,and use the data collection methods such as in-depth interviews,participatory observation,through to the 20 S community troubled families children found analysis of the causes of the present situation and the social support networks,They lack the ability to acquire social resources and effective social support,which leads to the lack of necessary behavioral,emotional and cognitive support in the socialization process.In this paper,the status quo and existing problems of the social support network for children from families in distress in S community were analyzed,and professional methods of social work were used to intervene.The paths were explored from five levels of government,society,family,peer and neighbor,and individual,so as to construct a perfect social support network for children from families in distress.The research shows that formal support intervention can promote policy publicity and implementation,improve social support network,explore community resources,and build community support platform.Informal support intervention can establish children’s community circle of friends and social circle,enhance their sense of identity and belonging;The interaction between the formal support network and the informal support network can realize the effective use of resources and improve the social support network.
