Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Hunan CUBA High-level Men's Basketball Team

Cuba,the full name of "China University Basketball League",is the second largest basketball game after CBA League.After the competition system reform of CUBA League in 2018,the results of Hunan Cuba High-level Men's basketball team show that there is a big gap between the teams.Through the investigation and Research on the current situation of Hunan Cuba High-level Men's basketball team,this paper explores the existing problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems,and provides support for the promotion of the competitive level of the high-level basketball team in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province.In this study,eight teams participating in the 22 nd Cuba China University Basketball League Hunan district and Hunan University Basketball Competition(Undergraduate Super Group)were selected by stratified sampling.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the existing problems in the development of Hunan Cuba High-level Men's basketball team were analyzed.The conclusion is as follows: the athletes mainly come from high school,the age structure is reasonable,the proportion of secondary athletes is slightly higher,the enrollment of high-level athletes accounts for the majority,the enrollment preferential policy is not attractive,and the athletes can basically complete their studies;the age structure of coaches is reasonable,and they are basically part-time coaches in school,the teaching years are relatively reasonable,the education background is mainly master's degree,and the title is associate professor and lecturer Most schools only have long-term training plans.The training times and time per week are reasonable,and the main competition objectives are to participate in Cuba Hunan competition area and Hunan University Games.Most schools lack of high-level competitions;the competition awards are mainly Honor Awards and material awards;most school leaders do not pay enough attention to it.There are differences in the objectives of running teams among schools,most teams have not formed an inherent or effective management system;most colleges and universities are equipped with corresponding training venues and equipment,but lack of renewal,lack of high-tech auxiliary training equipment,and most teams are funded by the school,which is generally insufficient.There are the following problems in the construction of Hunan Cuba High-level Men's basketball team: the quality of students,the number of high-level competitions,the lack of funds for running the team,the imperfect management system,the lack of attention from the school leaders,and the contradiction between the learning and training of athletes.Put forward the following development countermeasures: improve the attention of school leaders.We will optimize enrollment policies and enhance the attractiveness ofpreferential policies.Deal with the contradiction between learning and training scientifically and effectively.We will increase investment in funds and expand channels for raising funds.Improve the basketball competition system and hold high-level basketball events.Optimize the coach team and introduce coaches with professional team experience.
