| As the smallest unit of school management,class is not only the main position of school personnel training,but also the main carrier for students to receive school education and carry out learning activities.For a long time,the head teacher often acts as "authority" in the process of class management,which restricts the development of students’ subjectivity and is not conducive to the overall development of students.Under the background of the deepening of the research on the theory of subjective education,it is necessary to carry out the research on the subject participation class management.This research chooses class X of F school as a case study,and uses the methods of interview,observation and object analysis to study the reform of class management.In the study,two headteachers,seven students,two parents and a principal vice principal were selected for in-depth interviews,at the same time,the non-participatory observation of students’ participation in class management at the time of early feedback,class meetings,recess,and after school,combined with class logs,screen shots on Wechat and other objects,to understand the class X class management practice in F school from the aspects of class goal-setting,class leadership core-setting,class rules and regulations,class activity organization,school culture and system guarantee.On this basis,combining the theory of subject education,the theory of social constructivism learning and the theory of student autonomy,the paper analyzes the management practice of individual class and puts forward the research prospect.The research finds that the practice of students’ participation in class management can strengthen the students’ consciousness of participation,improve the students’ ability of participation,improve the students’ subjective personality,promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,promote communication between home and school,and win the support and cooperation of parents.However,the practice of management also has problems such as the degree of participation in the establishment of class objectives is not deep,the establishment standard of the core of class leadership is unclear,the rules and regulations are negative,and the enthusiasm for participation in class activities is polarizing.Based on this,this study proposes that the study should be further explored from three aspects: exploring the theoretical support of students’ participation in class management,deepening the consciousness and concept of students’ participation in class management,and establishing and perfecting scientific and effective class management evaluation mechanism.I hope this study can provide a useful reference for the class management practice of F school and other junior high schools. |
