| On December 27,2015,the revised Law on population and Family Planning was formally adopted, and then China fully implemented the "comprehensive two-child" policy on January 1,2016.The policy of "comprehensive two-child" aims to further optimize the labor force structure of our country, reduce the pressure of aging population in our country, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our economy and society.Once launched, the policy has aroused great social repercussions, especially a large number of only-child groups of women. In recent years,China’s fertility policy has been adjusted many times, and the consequences of the implementation of the new policy have been widely valued by all walks of life. The implementation of reproductive measures and reproductive rights are directly linked to basic human rights, women are the direct stakeholders of reproductive policy, the introduction of "comprehensive two-child" policy will affect the employer’s willingness to hire women, resulting in a series of female employment problems.Taking R city as an example, combining with the theory of public administration, using questionnaire survey method, literature analysis method and so on,this paper analyzes the influence of female employment since the implementation of "comprehensive two-child" in R city, and analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the targeted strategies on this basis.According to the results of the study,R city’s implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy, women’s job search is more difficult, forced to leave, career development is blocked, which is extremely unfavorable to their future personal development. In order to deal with the negative impact of the "comprehensive two-child" policy on women’s employment, the paper puts forward that, under the government’s leadership, the government, society, units, families and individuals should work together to reduce the employment of women sex discrimination, promote equal employment between men and women, and create a good social environment for the full implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy. |
