Along with the development of the Internet age and the global knowledge explosion,in the context of the current curriculum and teaching reform,in the past "spoon-feeding" education is getting more and more cannot adapt to the development of education,be urgently need new form of education students,promote the healthy development of students,improve the students' academic performance,in this process,the classroom teaching as the key areas to improve the education form,in classroom teaching,how to improve the participation of students in the classroom has become a heavy in.This study in the past many classroom study,on the basis of the "class participation scale","power scale","the value of interpersonal perception scale",a total of 1099 students selected the three secondary schools subjects to study class participation,power,and the relations between and among human value perception,and the function model was established,in order to clear power,human value perception affects the inner mechanism of class participation.Through the research findings :(1)junior middle school students' sense of power is positively correlated with the level of class participation.The higher the level of sense of power is,the higher the level of class participation is.(2)junior middle school students' sense of power is positively correlated with interpersonal value perception.The higher the level of power perception is,the more positive junior middle school students' interpersonal value perception is.(3)the interpersonal value perception of middle school students is positively correlated with the level of class participation.The more positive the interpersonal value perception of students is,the higher the level of class participation will be.(4)interpersonal value perception plays a mediating role between sense of power and class participation,in which interpersonal value perception plays a complete mediating role between sense of control and class participation,a partial mediating role between sense of autonomy and class participation,and a partial mediating role between sense of responsibility and class participation.This study hopes to provide guidance and reference for teachers' classroom teaching,so as to better improve students' participation in class,improve students' academic performance,and promote students' better physical and mental development.Therefore,the teacher in the daily teaching,must establish good relationships with the student,to give students more encouragement,encourage them both in the classroom in class and exchanges and interaction between teachers and fellow students,let the students themselves to establish positive actively for their own personal value judgment,which will undoubtedly promote the students' performance in class.In addition,in the improvement of the sense of power,teachers should pay attention to improve students' sense of control,sense of autonomy and sense of responsibility.In junior high school student's growth process,the students for their control also will be more and more strong,will be more and more self-discipline and clear to recognize their own ability,so teachers should create actively in the suitable for each of the students' ability of teaching environment,let every student can according to their ability and interest to participate in the activities in class,the teacher in teaching,can make use of the sense of responsibility to this point,by setting the interaction in the classroom teaching group leader,each of the students take turns to organize experience,to improve the interactive participation in the classroom,thisalso is helpful for the students' interpersonal value with the healthy growth of body and mind.
