At present,the "new curriculum standard" proposed that education should face all students and be adapt to the needs of the development of students' personality.But during the process of teaching,most teachers pay more attention to the top students and poor students.A considerable amount of the medium students are in the state of neglect.This study is based on this phenomenon to analyze and reveal the cause of this problem by using theories and methods.In summary and analysis about the secondary literature at home and abroad in the class management,on the basis of defining the connotation of the middling;And from different angles to classify the elementary school higher grades middle students : The middle students can be divided into three categories from the angle of intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors: The first category,the students who have good intelligence factors and poor non-intelligence factors;The second kind,the students who have general intelligence factors and good non-intelligence factors;The third kind,he students who have poor intelligence factors and poor non-intelligence factors;The middle students can be divided into four classes from the angle of psychological factors: self-abased psychology,psychology of the depression,and anxiety.From physical,psychological,commonness and individuality of the analysis of features of the elementary school higher grades medium students have these features as follows: A lack of self consciousness;Be content with the status quo;Weak tolerance;Stability conformity;Eagerness to be cared,be be afraid of attention;Abide by the rules and regulations.According to the questionnaire investigation and study,from the class teaching management,class activities,the class cadre selection three dimensions found moderate living problems in class management in the elementary school higher grades.Investigate its fundamental cause of the problem lies in the traditional education evaluation system,The deviation if the educational concept and the lack of "significant others".The elementary school higher grades is an important stage of children enter adolescence,if at this stage,medium lives can not get the attention it deserves,didn't get to psychological timely correcting,reached the stage of adolescence,will abandon,self-indulgence,slowly become problem students,not conducive to the construction of class,the medium of mental health development,and to moderate shaping healthy personality and a series of bad effects.Finally puts forward the main body education,cultivate competitive consciousness,establish the advantage course,swallow the disadvantages of subject,creating an opportunity for success,success experience and construction of Bridges,open closed heart wall,reforming assessment mechanism,due the desired correction strategy,provides the elementary school higher grades educators in secondary education management.
