In 2019,the Ministry of Education of China presented the “ShuangWan” plan,which advocated to utilize the Internet to reshape education patterns and to promote new teaching modes such as Flipped Classroom.The new model of Flipped Classroom can effectively improve the quality of teaching and also can satisfy the needs of students.Therefore,it is important to study the satisfaction about Flipped Classroom and the influencing factors.To explore the adaptability among different students groups is also significant.In this paper,we have studied the satisfaction of Flipped Classroom.Firstly,we present a questionnaire to collect data.By the correspondence analysis and contingency table tests,we discuss the differences in satisfaction among different student groups.Using Structural Equation Model and AMOS software,a Flipped Classroom's satisfaction model is established.Secondly,we establish an LDA theme model that takes participants' own feelings and opinions into account.In this paper,we also give some suggestions for improving Flipped Classroom according to the two models.The highlights and innovations of this paper are given as follows.(1)The questionnaire is combined the theory of education with the satisfaction model of American customer.Using the descriptive analysis,we get some initial results of the satisfaction and the sample distribution.(2)Based on the data,a model for satisfaction of Flipped Classroom is given,and we analyze various factors about satisfaction by the model.The model also shows that there are four significant factors that affect the satisfaction of Flipped Classroom.In addition,taking students majored in mathematics or statistics as examples,it explored the differences of satisfaction models among groups with different career plans.The differences is mainly reflected in two aspects: personalized needs and students' expectations.It also discusses how to carry out Flipped Classroom effectively.(3)From the word cloud and LDA model,it can be summarized that participants' attitudes are positive and the perspective of teachers is important to improve the quality of Flipped Classroom.
