With the advent of the Big Data era,more possibilities have come to the Internet.Nowadays,more and more traditional industries are beginning to use the Internet to help companies seek better development.At the same time,the Internet brings more choices and opportunities for enterprises and people's lives.In addition to changing our way of online shopping,online banking,the recruitment industry is also increasingly mature Internet,the establishment of recruitment website can break the time and space constraints,reducing the cost of recruitment of enterprises,but also bring more opportunities and choices for graduation students.Data released by iResearch shown that college students have become the main group,while major recruitment sites also specifically for college students set the appropriate modules and search terms.Although the recruitment website has taken the college student group seriously,there are still many problems.Therefore,the article will explore from the perspective of college graduates to study the important factors that affect the satisfaction of recruiting websites,so as to better satisfy the demand of job-seeking internship for college graduates and provide feasible suggestions for recruiting websites.Based on the previous studies,the article builds an index system that can accurately measure the satisfaction of college students on the job-hunting website.The index system includes four latent variables,including internal latent variables which contain website image,website information service,website platform service,website security and result variable of user satisfaction.Through the analysis of the construction of five variables,it can find the key factor of affecting the satisfaction.Through the use of professional questionnaire sites,the issue of questionnaires and recovery,in order to obtain the questionnaire data.The SPSS 20.0 software was used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Then,the software SPSS 20.0 was used to estimate the reliability and validity of each questionnaire based on the structural equation model.Finally,Results the model was fitted and evaluated.Through the use of the above method of empirical analysis,the following conclusions:First,the latent impact of website information service on users 'overall satisfaction is the greatest,and the corresponding observation variables' richness of website information and the usefulness of information have the greatest impact on it.From the third part of the thesis,the average satisfaction Score can be seen,the average satisfaction score of these two items are not high,respectively 3.58 and 3.60,so to improve customer satisfaction can improve these two aspects of information services to start.Second,the latent influence of the website platform service on user satisfaction is relatively small,and the latent variable satisfaction score is higher.The recruitment website can slightly improve the service provided by the latent variable,which has the greatest influence on the latent variable of website platform service The two observed variables are the personalization of website platform services and the interaction between users,and the average satisfaction of these two items is 3.17 and 2.94 respectively,with a low score,so these two are the major improvement directions of recruitment websites.Thirdly,the latent variables of website security include two observation variables,one is the recruitment website to protect the information security of the users,and the other is whether the recruitment information provided by the recruitment websites is safe.The mean scores of satisfaction of the two observation variables are not high,One is 2.43,the other is 3.07,even lower than normal,so the recruitment website should pay attention to increasing the potential safety of website satisfaction.Fourth,the latent image of website latent variables affects the other latent variables and thus the user satisfaction.Therefore,in addition to starting with the corresponding observational variables,the latent variables in the website can also start with the image of websites.The latent images of website images include two observations,One is the website visibility,the other is the website reputation,both the load factor is high,the average score points were 3.72,3.48 points,therefore,the recruitment website can also improve the image of the recruitment website to improve customer satisfaction.
