In recent years,our country has paid more attention to the connection between kindergarten and primary school.The Ministry of Education has issued a document titled "Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Science connection between Kindergartens and Primary Schools" to guide the importance of science connection between kindergartens and primary schools,and clearly requires kindergartens and primary schools to do a comprehensive preparation and connection work.At the same time,language plays a vital role in the development of students.Oral expression ability is the main form of improving oral communication ability and establishing good interpersonal relationship for the first grade students.From the perspective of the connection between children and children,this study analyzes the classroom teaching of primary school teachers through the relevant theories of Piaget,Hack and Austin,and adopts the method of lesson example analysis and interview.It finds that there are the following problems in the cultivation of oral expression ability of first-grade teachers in primary school: First,the concept of connecting children is not clear,and the language connection is not paid attention to;second,the teaching objectives are not standardized and lack of subjectivity;third,the teaching language is not standardized and the teaching method is single;fourth,the teaching effect is not obvious and the evaluation method is single.The reasons behind it are as follows: the concept of cohesion of schools is not updated in time,teachers’ teaching ability is insufficient,teachers’ language education is insufficient,teachers are lack of guidance to parents and lack of home-school cooperation.To solve the problem,the following suggestions are put forward: first,effective cohesion as the goal,to improve the awareness of school language development;The second is to improve the quality of teachers,do a good role model;Third,improve the teaching evaluation system,and do a good job in the feedback and utilization of results;Fourth,give full play to the power of family education and form a home-school co-parenting force. |
