Campus culture is the soul of school development,and it is an important embodiment of rallying the people,showing the image of the school and improving the civilization of the school.Strengthening the construction of middle school campus culture has an irreplaceable effect on the rich humanistic atmosphere of the school,promoting the spiritual realm of teachers and students,promoting the formation of good school spirit,and carrying out the strategy of strong cultural school,etc.The campus culture,which plays an all-round role in educating people in the school education department,leads students,condenses teachers and students and ensures the orderly progress of campus life with the help of bright and correct guidance,positive force and scientific and effective system.In order to do a good job of moral education in middle schools,to ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of all kinds of work Strengthen the ideological and moral construction of middle school students,the construction of campus culture is imperative.Jiangyou City No.1 Middle School is located in Li Bai hometown Jiangyou City,Li Bai culture is rich and deep.Based on the development of such educational trend and the requirements of the times,Jiangyou No.1 Middle School chooses "Li Bai Culture" as the characteristic campus culture construction.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the implementation plan of Li Bai's cultural characteristics construction in Jiangyou No.1 Middle School,including the implementation background,guiding ideology,implementation objectives,implementation principles and specific measures.Then the questionnaire method was used to investigate 43 teachers and 208 students respectively,so as to find out the problems existing in the construction of Li Bai's cultural characteristics in Jiangyou No.1 Middle School,and then from the arrears The lack of theory of campus culture construction,the neglect of the function of campus culture construction,the unsound campus culture system and the lack of deep practical exploration point out the causes of the problems existing in the construction of Li Bai's cultural characteristics in Jiangyou No.1 Middle School.Finally,improvement strategies are put forward from five aspects: establishing correct construction concept,creating intellectual material culture,highlighting spiritual and cultural characteristics,perfecting campus culture construction system and carrying out campus activities with Li Bai's cultural characteristics.This study will take the inheritance and promotion of Li Bai culture as the core,take the construction of campus characteristic culture in middle school as the carrier,and enrich the spiritual and cultural world of teachers and students as the purpose,and explore the new measures,influence and significance of the construction of local celebrity culture characteristics.
