As the country pays more and more attention to campus culture,each school is exploring the unique campus culture of the school.Some schools are located in remote rural area.Due to their remote geographical location,limited economic conditions,students' weak awareness of family education,and limited professional teachers,they try to develop local resources with local characteristics and create a unique campus culture.The study selects the most representative rural primary schools for case studies,so it will enrich the theory of campus culture construction,provide experience for other schools to explore local resources and build a characteristic campus culture.In a word,this study can better promote the development of primary school campus culture.The paper is mainly composed of six parts.The first part is introduction,including the issue of the problem,the definition of the core concept,the significance of the study,the literature review,the purpose of the study,the research ideas and methods,and the theoretical basis.The second part is the construction and characteristics of the campus culture in Mclass primary school: “weathered wood board painting”,which includes the construction background,the construction path,the construction content,and the characteristic.The third part is the effect of the construction of the campus culture "weathered wood board painting" in M-class primary school: teacher and student satisfaction.Student satisfaction adopts quantitative research methods,including survey subjects,survey tools,confirmatory factor analysis,predictive questionnaire reliability and validity test results.Teacher satisfaction is conducted by a combination of interviews and questionnaires,with interviews as the main and questionnaires as supplements.The fourth part is the experience and reflection of the campus culture construction “weathered wood board painting” in M primary school.The experience is as follows: combine regional culture based on local resources;build a curriculum system and develop painting and calligraphy courses;conduct community activities and organize full participation;organize teacher training to promote professional development;the school benefit from students' winning works.The reflection is as follows: the lag of education concept,and the indifference of art education;the improper structure of teachers,and weak painting and calligraphy teachers;the outdated teaching mode,and insufficient teacher innovation;limited teaching space,and insufficient art classrooms;low social recognition and lack of spiritual support.The fifth part is the proposal for the construction of campus culture in rural primary schools.It is recommended to rationally develop resources in the material culture,beautify the campus environment;open up the exhibition area and enrich the characteristic culture;the government invests in running schools and improves the material culture.It is recommended to cultivate patriotism in spiritual culture,promote cultural heritage,promote traditional culture,and enhance national self-confidence;enhance cultural propaganda as well as artistic understanding.It is recommended to promote curriculum reform and develop school-based curriculum in terms of institutional culture;invite external experts to guide teaching in the field;establish an incentive system and strengthen cultural exchanges.It is recommended to exploit human resources and experience folk activities in activity culture;conduct artistic activities and organize outings Sketch;organize students to participate in the competition and broaden students' horizons.The study mainly uses a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,with qualitative research as the main and quantitative research as supplements.The case study is mainly the exploration and evaluation of the characteristic campus culture construction of M primary school.The questionnaire survey is mainly to investigate the students' satisfaction with the construction of characteristic campus culture “weathered wood painting”.The combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods makes the research reasonable.
