Investigation And Research On The Operation Mode Of Chongqing Table Tennis Club And Its Effect Evaluation

In the context of the rapid development of sports economy,sports fitness clubs have ushered in a good development opportunity,become one of the important symbols of social and economic development,and play a key role in promoting the comprehensive development of the city.In China,table tennis clubs are the most basic sports organizations that provide support for the normal development of "national sport".In recent years,chongqing table tennis club has shown a strong development momentum,but on the overall level,it is still not out of the groping stage,in its operation and growth period inevitably encountered many problems that need to be solved.The main research content of this paper can be summarized into three parts: firstly,it adopts the method of theoretical analysis to summarize the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of this paper.Secondly,20 table tennis clubs in chongqing were selected as research objects and distributed in 6 districts of chongqing.There are 4 in yuzhong district,4 in shapingba district,3 in jiulongpo district,3 in jiangbei district,3 in Yubei District district and 3 in south bank district.This paper investigates and analyzes the operation modes of these table tennis clubs in order to summarize the overall situation of the operation modes of chongqing table tennis clubs.In the actual research process,mainly from the table tennis club's actual operating situation,coach management situation,member management situation these three aspects to discuss,finally make a comprehensive evaluation.This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of chongqing table tennis club,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Finally,select an object to chongqing hao Yang table tennis club as a case study,hao Yang table tennis club in chongqing using the chain model is analyzed,from the marketing mode,human resource management,operating characteristics of the three aspects of the current situation of chongqing hao Yang table tennis club chain operation,and summarizes the existing advantages and disadvantages,finally proposedthe chongqing hao Yang table tennis club chain operation mode perfect strategy and prospect.It is hoped that the analysis and research in this paper can provide reference for further improving the operation mode of chongqing table tennis club,so as to promote the better development of chongqing table tennis club and further promote the economic development of chongqing.
