To attain the comprehensive development of students and foster the core accomplishment of students in order to adapt the further development is our goal and motivation as the over-all implementation of the basic education curriculum reform.In order to obtain this educational goal at the national level,teachers who take part in school education and teaching activities need to carefully study and understand the subject curriculum standards set by the state,and also to refine and break down the curriculum objectives at the subject level into learning goals at the classroom teaching level,which make it possible to carry out the scheme for classroom teaching evaluation,designing classroom activities and meanwhile teaching activities plan.Theoretical and practical research of the thesis — — ”Teaching Design and Practicing Research About ?Ethics and the Rule of Law? Based on curriculum standards” is elaborated by using documentation method,experimental method and observation method.The author combs the teaching design theory both home and abroad while combining the modern learning theory with educational theory as fundamental theory for research.Meanwhile,by rooting in classroom teaching and practice activities of”Ethics and the Rule of Law,the author conducts a teaching design based on curriculum standards,taking the ninth grade book”Continuing the Cultural Bloodline”as an example Unlike the traditional teaching design plan,the teaching design of Continuing Cultural Blood is taking the students as first consideration and formulating the implementation plan for teaching activities by a basic scheme “ascertain learning objectives---formulate assessment task plan-------learning activities”.Forming the teaching design "Continuing the Cultural Bloodline" by analyzing the curriculum objectives among the standard of ideological morality(2011 edition),ascertaining the learning objectives by following the actual situation of students and the contents of teaching materials,which is the basic of confirming the evaluation tasks,designing the learning activities according to the learning objectives and evaluation tasks.Among the teaching design,the main body of the learning goal is the students,and the content of the goal expressions include the learning result(learning level)learning contents and learning approaches(learningconditions)that the student needs to reach,The evaluation task can be used to drive,adjust and inspect students' learning results including three elements:situations,knowledge points,and specific contents corresponds to the learning goal,Learning activities is used to provide methods,approaches and conditions for achieving learning goals and implementing evaluation tasks.Finally,according to the feedback in teaching activities of teaching design on?Continuing Cultural Blood Line?which is based on the curriculum standards.It is necessary for us to rethinking experience and weakness existing in it and while giving in-depth thought and further to put up with the idea of improvement on the teaching design which we have mentioned above so as to continue to consummate some key segments among teaching design,to make learning objectives actually meet requirements of three-dimensional target and the achievements of students to really take part in class activities,the possibilities of students have in-depth thought and in-depth study possible in order to increase teachers' abilities of analyzing and understanding curriculum standard and also using teaching books creatively,it can be possible for teachers to design teaching scheme that meet the students' physical and mental development characteristics and close to our daily life,achieving the consistency of "teaching one learning one review".We should better implement the curriculum objectives and concepts of the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high school,making the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class can truly serve the healthy development of students possible.
