In recent years,with the further development of the curriculum reform of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in Shanghai,the theory of experience learning is gradually applied to the course of "Ethics and Rule of Law".However,the students' classroom practice experience activities do not promote the cultivation of students' good behavior habits.Experience learning through students' personal experience and introspection,and constantly improve the self-learning process,pay attention to the practice,promote students' good behavior of knowledge and unity.Primary school "ethics and the rule of law" curriculum in accordance with the "morality and life curriculum standards(2011 version)" curriculum standards,the emphasis on personal experience,re-reflection,heavy process,pay attention to students,pay attention to the unity of knowledge and practice,in line with the learning characteristics of experience learning.Therefore,based on the theory of experiential learning,this paper carries on the unit teaching design,hoping to promote the implementation of the students' good behavior habits and realize the students' knowledge and practice.This paper uses literature method to carry out literature research on the concept,characteristics and current situation of experiential learning,which lays a theoretical foundation for experiential learning,and uses questionnaire survey method,combined with a class in Pudong New District Primary School in Shanghai,through teachers and students,from the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation.The use of text analysis method to experience teaching content refining,deletion and integration,the use of case analysis method,combined with the "ethics and rule of law" teaching material content,the preparation of experience-based learning teaching design,and exposition and analysis,through observation,to take the way of listening or evaluation of the class.Understanding Teacher and Student Classroom Information,Providing Ideas for The Teaching Design Based on Experience Learning,adopting action research method,adopting isomorphism,carrying out "second" lesson preparation,and then re-evaluating reflection,to demonstrate the theory of experiencebased learning,about "Ethics and the Rule of Law" the effectiveness of teaching design.This article is a total of eight chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,expounding the background and significance of research,sorting the experience learning at home and abroad related research review,the core concepts of "experience","experience learning","experience learning characteristics" to define,determine the research object and method process,explain the research ideas and technical routes.Chapter two: The basic theory of experiential learning is based on the learning mode of John Dewey Experience Center,the experience learning model of Lewin,the cognitive development model of Piaget and the life learning circle of David Cooper.Chapter three: To investigate and analyze the current situation of experience teaching in primary school "Ethics and Rule of Law",and to investigate the contents of teaching content,teaching methods and teaching strategies suitable for experiential learning from both teachers and students,and put forward some problems and suggestions for improvement.Chapter four: Based on the theory of experience learning,select and integrate teaching content suitable for children's experience learning,and streamline teaching content that is not suitable for children's experience learning.Combined with the curriculum standard of "Ethics and the Rule of Law",students' learning and experience learning characteristics,the appropriate teaching objectives are formulated.Chapter five: Based on the theory of experiential learning,the basic teaching process of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" course is studied,which consists of four links: investigation summary,preliminary experience,re-experience,re-examination and reflection,deepening experience,evaluating supervision,implementing action,and analyzing the case concretely.Chapter six: Based on the design of experience teaching,choose the right teaching method and the corresponding teaching strategy.Chapter seven: Based on the design of experience teaching,the evaluation content and method of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in primary schools are expounded from the three dimensions of emotion and attitude,behavior and habits and knowledge and skills.Chapter eight: This paper analyzes the effect and shortcomings of teaching design implementation.Based on the theory of experiential learning,it is feasible to study the teaching design of "Ethics and the Rule of Law".The teaching process in the design of experience learning teaching is well designed,the teaching evaluation is effective,promotes the implementation of good behavior of students,and realizes the unity of knowledge and practice.Of course,from the perspective of experiential learning theory,it is not enough: the teaching goal is limited,the teaching method needs to be expanded.
