In order to implement the requirements of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the establishment of the knowledge course of rule of law in junior high school,the Ministry of education changed the name of the textbook of "Ideological and moral education" in the beginning grade of junior high school to "morality and rule of law" from 2016.This is not only the change of the name of the textbook,but also the great change of the arrangement structure of the textbook,forming a new type of typesetting in which columns and texts are embedded.Among the numerous columns,the column of "exploration and sharing" shows extraordinary teaching value with the advantages of the largest number,the widest distribution,rich content and various forms,so as to become the highlight of the textbook.It aims to encourage students to face up to and reveal their growing troubles through exploration and sharing activities.In the collision of different views and experiences,moral discussion and dialogue are carried out to improve students' ideological understanding,moral cultivation and legal literacy.In classroom teaching,teachers of morality and rule of law should not be perfunctory,let alone ignore the use of the column of "exploration and sharing".In order to further enhance the application value of "exploration and sharing" column and improve the effectiveness of moral and rule of law classroom.In this paper,159 "exploration and sharing" columns in the seventh grade "morality and rule of law" textbook compiled by the Ministry of education are taken as the research objects,and the related overview,content analysis and Application Strategies of columns are studied in depth.First of all,the connotation of the column is defined incombination with authoritative literature such as works and periodicals.Secondly,on the one hand,the overall position arrangement and five specific position relations of this column in the teaching material of "morality and rule of law" are analyzed,and the number distribution of each column in each box and each purpose of each unit and each lesson is counted.On the other hand,according to the different contents of the column,it can be divided into five categories: Thinking expansion,situation discussion,experience reflection,behavior orientation and comprehensive type.On this basis,it concludes that this column has the teaching value of stimulating students' interest in learning,deepening the understanding of subject knowledge,improving social practice ability,promoting students' unity of knowledge and practice,constructing new curriculum form,improving the quality of classroom teaching,achieving the three-dimensional teaching goal,and cultivating students' subject core literacy.Finally,the author puts forward some basic requirements for the application column of moral and rule of law teachers,such as highlighting the auxiliary position of the column,learning to choose and integrate the column,developing and utilizing curriculum resources,selecting appropriate teaching methods and improving the activity evaluation mechanism.On the premise of following these five basic requirements,the author puts forward the application strategies according to five different types of columns And combined with their own teaching experience and the interview records of front-line teachers to show the specific teaching design,in order to provide useful reference for practical teaching.
