Childhood is to adapt to the social learning culture and growth important period of self-confidence,self-confidence of cultivating moral quality is a good personality and good social skills to form one of the most important factor in the self-confidence is a person of their own understanding and fully estimated to develop children believe that their own psychological quality,has great impact on the development of his life building good self-confidence psychological mechanism,to realize the development of primary school task to set up individual improve social personality is of great importance Turn in agriculture in the community,through the survey found that children's lack of confidence is the most significant,however,farmers to turn the community children's parents because of the lack of correct guidance and encouragement,and the living environment of the poor tend to lead to more a lack of confidence,than their peers in the way of the damage the physical and mental health and thrive is great.The author went deep into L community to carry out field survey,and found that there was a lack of self-confidence of the children living in rural areas.In this study,observation method,interview method and questionnaire method were used as the main research tools.From the perspective of professional methods of social work,under the guidance of identity theory,the self-confidence of the children living in rural areas was improved.Through group work,children's self-confidence will be involved.In the practice of children's participation in activities,their self-awareness will be deepened,and their self-confidence will be promoted through the contact and interaction of peer groups,parents and teachers.And in the practical operation process,do a good job in the evaluation,from the perspective of process evaluation and result evaluation,multi-level,and strive to comprehensively evaluate the intervention effect.Process assessment shows that children's self-awareness is clearer,their interpersonal relationship is improved and their interests and hobbies are more abundant in the process of group intervention.The difference between the pre-test and post test meansof the scale is obvious,which shows that the intervention has achieved some results.The conclusion of this study is that the intervention of group work from the perspective of practice is conducive to the cultivation of self-confidence of the rural to residential children;from the perspective of theory,the self-identity theory is applicable to guide the cultivation of children's self-confidence,and has achieved some results.
