Research On Cultivating Mechanism Of Community Self-organization In Residential Historical And Cultural Blocks

Externally At present,under the background of building a famous historical and cultural city,the status and role of residential historical and cultural blocks in the city are valued and affirmed due to their special historical and cultural value.As a special type of community,compared with ordinary communities,it is faced with two major problems,namely "cultural inheritance" and "block governance".On the one hand,residential historical and cultural blocks,as an important window to highlight urban cultural characteristics,should protect and inherit the historical and cultural traditions of blocks.In today's build,on the other hand,"work sharing" under the background of the structure of social governance,highlight the principal role of neighborhood residents to participate in the block autonomous process,in this respect,self organization cultivating and developing,push block has good can to a certain extent,to live a "double" problem of the historical and cultural blocks.Based on this,this paper takes the historical and cultural living street blocks B as a research field,in the HS club as specific cultivation object,mainly discussed through social work practice action to build up self organizing the content of the training mechanism and its practical results,in order to enhance the degree of autonomy,neighborhood residents to participate in the blocks in order to promote the cultural heritage of blocks and protection,contributions to social work expertise.Centering on the research topic,the author firstly reviews the relevant literature and conducts the basic research on the theoretical basis.Then,the author as a professional social work is embedded into the research field B block,by means of field observation,qualitative interviews,questionnaire survey and other research methods,in block B and its self-organization breed situation especially the HS club situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,based on the authors own ability and the limitation of professional theory level,the author chose the HS club as a case in cultivating object,and from the perspective of social work practice method,established the HS prosperous career workers in cultivating scheme,carried out empirical research;Finally,through the positive actions of social workers,a "multi-subject cooperative cultivation mechanism" was initially constructed for the development of HS.The research finds that the main contents of the "multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism" are as follows: at the level of block government,efforts should be made to promote political and social cooperation and build a guarantee mechanism;At the level of block self-organization,it relies on leaders to drive and stimulate the motivation mechanism.At the level of neighborhood residents,enhance the sense of participation and explore the incentive mechanism;At the level of neighborhood meeting room,introduce social work method and establish support mechanism;At the same time,the tracking and supervision mechanism,as a beneficial supplement of the multiple cooperative cultivation mechanism,is conducive to the maximum effect of the cultivation mechanism to a certain extent.At the end of this article,the author by using the combination of quantitative and qualitativeevaluation,cultivation mechanism results are verified,the results show that it is because of the construction of a "collaborative training mechanism" plural,for the cultivation and development of the HS club to build a good ecological environment,to a certain extent promoted the HS club in level,personnel level organization construction,the improvement on the level of social environment,to promote the development of the HS club ordering,standardization.Therefore,it can be concluded that the "multi-subject collaborative cultivation mechanism" for the cultivation and development of HS community can provide beneficial reference for the self-organization cultivation and development of residential historical and cultural blocks in other cities and regions.
