| Student employment was a social proplem that has been arousing general concern,it is not only the proplem that we have to face,student employment of different degree all over the world.In our country,student employment is the important part of labor employment and human resources allocation,it is inseparable with our economic and social development,higher education reform,personal laboer system and world economic environment.Student employment is effected by many factors from government,university,social,employing unit and students themselves.Correct analysis on the social environment and many influencing factors of college students and reference developed countries's successful experiences in the popularization of higher education,they play a important role in constration of system of college graduates employment.The paper try to construst a system of college graduates employment from governmenr,university and social,to establieshed a closed relationship in the government macro-control,university and social(employing unit and intermediary),coordination uniform, joint management,whole optimization,realized the aim of college student full employment. Therefore,the system is construsted by government,university and social,the three factors mutual restriction,mutual promotion,to form a complete,common devoted to the system of college graduates employment.The paper on the basic of study on the system of employment service of deveopled country, by use the method of historical documents and comparative analysis,try to understand and study the successful experiences of developed countries,to stablish a service system of college graduates employment in accordance with China national condition.The system not only concerns the development of university,but also concerns the harmony and stability of the society,therefore,it has a practical significance to set up a perfect and efficient a system of college graduates employment in nationwide scope.
