In the process of the development of modern society,information technology has penetrated into every field,and the field of education is no exception.At present,modern information technology,such as Internet Technology,multimedia technology,cloud computing and big data,has been applied to the development,application,management of teaching resources and all links of education and teaching.As the main body of teaching,the students' mastery of information technology directly determines the effectiveness of information-based teaching.Therefore,the training of students' information technology means becomes the basis of learning in the information age.As early as 2007,our country has already brought the information technology curriculum into the elementary and middle school stage basic curriculum.According to the survey,the current primary school curriculum system has information technology courses,but only part of the basic knowledge.With the continuous development of Internet technology,relevant information technology courses should not only be limited to the basic knowledge teaching,but also should be combined with the current situation of the information society to provide students with new technical knowledge and tools,give full play to the value of the information technology course in the "Internet + " era and improve students' information literacy in an all-round way.As far as the information technology curriculum itself is concerned,in addition to the teaching of technology and the embodiment of its instrumental value,it should also embody its social value,making the arrangement of the curriculum of practical significance,can enable the student to carry on the widespread application and the display in the study and the life.Therefore,this topic mainly carries on the thorough discussion and the research to the "internet + " time information technology curriculum value,carries on the summary to the junior high school school information technology curriculum as well as the student,the teacher to this curriculum application,this paper puts forward the application and value embodiment of the information technology course in the "Internet + " era,and analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the development,so as to further put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the development.This topic is divided into six parts.The first part,the introduction part.The background,significance,contents,methods,research trends at home and abroad and the value of the research are mainlyexpounded,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this topic and provides a practical basis.The second part analyzes the influence of the Internet on the development of social economy,politics and culture,discusses the background and characteristics of the Internet society,and expounds the characteristics of the Internet era from the dynamic and changing point of view.The third part,the value of information technology course in the internet + era.This paper studies the instrumental value,social value and development of information technology curriculum.The fourth part,through the questionnaire,studies the information technology curriculum construction,the implementation present situation and the existence question.The fifth part,through the question analysis,proposed the solution question countermeasure proposal.
