The teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior high school is an important part of the split teaching of Chinese.Different from novels,plays and poems,prose text is shorter and more concise than novels and plays in terms of content,and more flexible and free in structure.The aesthetic appreciation of prose has the flexibility and freedom of form and the uniqueness of implication.One of the teaching purposes of junior middle school Chinese is to guide the students to appreciate the text,to make them have both the experience of life and aesthetic comprehension,so as to improve their ability of appreciation and improve their personality.Therefore,in the course of modern and contemporary prose reading teaching,Chinese teachers should be good at guiding students to accurately grasp the aesthetic appreciation of modern and contemporary prose.This paper consists of the introduction and three main parts.Introduction mainly combining with the outline of Chinese teaching of middle school students ","the middle school language new curriculum standard","the Chinese students to develop the core literacy" teaching requirements and educational target,proposed to meet the needs of middle school students’ physical and mental characteristics and aesthetic ability,is the cultivation of the junior middle school Chinese reading teaching of middle school students’ aesthetic taste discussed the basis and significance of the study.It mainly includes the basis and significance of the research,the status quo of the research presented in the literature,the discussion of relevant literature and the research methods.The first chapter mainly focuses on the content of cultivating the ability of aesthetic appreciation in the selected works of modern and contemporary prose in junior high school.Both the structure,content,language and thoughts and emotions of junior high school modern and contemporary prose have higher freedom and higher aesthetic taste.These contents help junior high school students to improve their aesthetic appreciation in the process of learning.This chapter mainly explains the role of the content of modern and contemporary prose works in promoting the cultivation and development of students’ aesthetic taste.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems and causes of the cultivation of aesthetic appreciation in the teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior high school.Based on the questionnaire survey and the teaching practice,this paper points out the main problems in the cultivation of students’ aesthetic appreciation in modern and contemporary prose teaching.Second,attaching importance to moral indoctrination and neglecting the cultivation of aesthetic appreciation;Third,classroom teaching attaches importance to the completion of learning links and light aesthetic experience ability training.Through research and analysis,the reasons are as follows: first,the utilitarian requirement of exam-oriented education in teaching restrains the students’ expectation of prose aesthetic reading and appreciation;Secondly,teachers’ stylized teaching method weakens students’ self-consciousness to improve their aesthetic appreciation ability.Thirdly,students do not establish their self-ability based on the taste of prose learning in the process of learning,so they do not understand the freedom of prose form and express the aesthetic characteristics of true feelings,which affects the fun of learning.The third chapter discusses the specific strategies for cultivating students’ aesthetic appreciation ability in light of the above problems.The second is to guide students to appreciate beauty,focusing on improving students’ aesthetic appreciation of modern and contemporary prose;Third,guide students to create beauty,focus on training students own aesthetic creativity.
