With the introduction,implementation and promotion of quality education in China,the implementation of quality education in compulsory education stage has become an inevitable trend of education development,quality education plays a vital role in the cultivation of all-round development talents.The development direction of this kind of education puts forward new requirements for the evaluation system of compulsory education quality,the way of school education,the construction of teachers' team and the opening of educational resources in society.The evaluation of education quality in compulsory education stage can no longer be based on and the way of education in schools should be more diversified,the construction of teachers' team should be more scientific,and the educational resources of society should be more balanced.Today's quality Education has become the foundation of compulsory education,and the development direction of education should be student-oriented and student-oriented.However,there are many problems in the implementation of quality education in practice,and they are all urgent problems in the process of promoting quality education in an all-round way.Based on this,this paper takes Zhuanghe as an example to discuss the problems and solutions of quality education in compulsory education in China.In the discussion of the thesis,the article focuses on the present situation of the implementation of quality education in the compulsory education stage of Zhuanghe as the research object,deeply analyzes its existing problems and reasons,and provides a reference for further research on the problems existing in the implementation of quality education in the compulsory education stage.This paper aims at the single way of education,the one-sided evaluation standard of teachers,the non-organic combination of school education and social practice,the unreasonable resources of teachers' talents and teachers' learning in the compulsory education stage of Zhuanghe.Problems such as lack of attention to student's personality development and lack of cooperation between family education and school education are analyzed from three angles:school,teachers and parents.Through the establishment of the top-level design of quality education in the compulsory education stage of Zhuanghe,this paper constructs the top-level design concept of people-oriented,promoting professional value,cultivating diversified goals and improving comprehensive quality,interactive foot force,and promoting teachers andstudents to become talents together.In the top-level design system,the goal of the top-level design is "people-oriented,achieve a complete self ".The second-level system includes school management,teaching evaluation,parent cooperation and curriculum;the third-level system includes teachers,students,parents,school and curriculum experts and other construction subjects.Finally,according to the system system designed at the top level,some suggestions are put forward.This paper studies the present situation and problems of quality education in the compulsory education stage of Zhuanghe,which can not only provide suggestions for improving the level of compulsory education in Zhuanghe,but also provide reference for other similar problems in studying compulsory education.
