| Class is a changing organization,in the final analysis,because it is made up of a wide variety of independent individuals,that is,students.Therefore,it is a normal phenomenon for primary school students to have classroom problem behavior,mainly because of how teachers properly deal with and transform.Through the experience of a teacher of nearly 30 years,this study reproduces the complete process of stress management of pupils’ extreme classroom problem behavior,and in this case,explores the causes of students’ extreme problem behavior in class,and the stress strategies and transformation methods adopted by teachers to deal with students’ extreme problem behavior in class.On this basis,the author tries to give his own advice on prevention and education from the three aspects of family,teachers and schools,and then can provide the basis for the school and teachers to deal with and transform the behavior of primary school students’ classroom problems,and can help teachers to establish a correct educational concept,the ultimate purpose of which is for the healthy development of pupils’ body and mind.This paper adopts case study method and presents stress treatment and transformation method for classroom extreme problem behavior teachers.The main contents and chapters of this study are as follows:The first chapter introduces the origin of case selection and analysis,the significance of case writing and analysis for this study,the definition of core concepts,literature review,the content of case writing and methods.Chapter 2 Case body.Case study method,for the escape of extreme classroom problem behavior,through the background(teachers,schools,students)as well as the case,from the A teacher to take over the existing class,and through home visits,to understand the real reasons behind Xiaoming’s extreme classroom problem behavior,until A teacher’s accidental escape in the classroom extreme problem behavior,the case ends.Presents the teacher’s management story for the classroom extreme problem behavior as well as the perception and the reflection.Chapter 3 is case study.On the basis of exploring the causes of the classroom extremeproblem behavior of primary school students,this paper analyzes the external influencing factors that lead to the classroom extreme problem behavior of primary school students,analyzes and digs out the external dimension(family,teacher and school),and gives the corresponding preventive measures,and summarizes the practice(stress treatment,transformation method),characteristics and advantages of the experience accumulated by the interviewees through many years of teaching in the process.The case of this study can be used as the material for the follow-up study,based on which the causes of the behavior of extreme problems in the classroom,the methods of stress management and transformation of such situations and the strategies of prevention can be used as reference materials for the follow-up study,and it can also provide a solid foundation for the further scientific research,and provide a practical basis for the education administration,schools,teachers and parents to carry out the prevention and treatment of the behavior of extreme problems in the classroom. |
