| In 2014,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the Ministry of education on Training Plan Implementation Opinions of Outstanding Teachers,and put forward that the most fundamental and urgent task in the development of teacher education in China is to train outstanding teachers.On 28 March 2018,the Ministry of Education and other four ministries jointly issued the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education(2018-2022),which proposes to we need to revise the Curriculum Standards for Teacher Education and issue the Guiding Standards for the Training of Primary and Secondary School Kindergarten Teachers.In this paper," Support for explore the overall design,segmental assessment and organic linkage of undergraduate and master of education postgraduates in ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools " is explicitly put forward.As the core of teacher ’ s educational reform,the teacher education curriculum needs to be optimized.It is urgent to reconstruct the value idea of the pre-service teacher ’ s education curriculum,the connotation of the curriculum reform of the dialysis teacher,the essence of the reform of the management curriculum,and the reasonable adjustment of the structure of the teacher education curriculum,taking into consideration the overall design and cohesion of the teacher ’ s education curriculum.The outstanding education in Finland originates from having excellent teachers,and the "3 + 2" model of teacher education curriculum presents its unique advantages from the aspect of curriculum structure and content under the guidance of "research-type" teachers.Therefore,the study focuses on the Finnish teacher education curriculum system which is leading the world in order to provide new ideas for the reform of teacher education curriculum in China.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.This paper expounds the reason,purpose and significance of this research.The study carrys on the dynamic tracing to the relevant research of Finnish teacher education curriculum system at home and abroad,and defines the core concepts of "pre-service teacher education" and "curriculum system".The ideas and methods of this study are expounded.The second part is the history and basic trend of the education development of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Finland.The part focuses on the education and development of teachers in Finland,and divides the development of Finnish teacher education into three stages: the Finnish teacher education before the reform of the comprehensive school,the teacher education after the reform of the comprehensive school,and the teacher education after the post-school reform.In addition,the part specifically introduces the way of cooperative training of multiple institutions in Finland,which including the faculty of teacher education,the department of subject and the teacher training school.This part also introduces the admission criteria and access methods of strict teacher education courses in Finland.The third part is the basic structure of pre-service teacher education curriculum system in Finnish primary and secondary schools.This part mainly includes the curriculum design principles of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools in Finland,the curriculum objectives of step classification,the curriculum structure and content of "common core" and the curriculum implementation of interactive generation.In the course of expounding the basic structure of pre-service teacher education curriculum system in primary and secondary schools in Finland,this paper studies Department of Teacher Education Curriculum Plans 2014—2017 in University of Jyv?skyl? as an example.Then it introduces the curriculum system of pre-service teacher education in Finland from the aspects of curriculum goal,curriculum structure and content,curriculum implementation and so on.The fourth part is the characteristics of pre-service teacher education curriculum system in primary and secondary schools in Finland.From the introduction of the pre-service teacher education curriculum system in primary and secondary schools in Finland,the study selected the most typical characteristics of the curriculum system,including the following three aspects.the curriculum design of pre-service teacher education in primary and secondary schools in Finland is oriented towards research.It set up an integrated curriculum structure,and curriculum content is a spiral progressive.The fifth part is the enlightenment to our country from the pre-service teacher education curriculum system of Finnish primary and secondary schools.There exists the deviation of curriculum objective orientation between "academic" and "normal" in our teacher education curriculum.The content of the curriculum of teacher education is out of line with the actual work scene.The module of undergraduate and master’s teacher education curriculum is seperated.From the experience of pre-service teacher education curriculum system in primary and secondary schools in Finland,the research draws some enlightenment.The curriculum system of teacher education in our country should take the cultivation of reflective practitioners as the goal orientation,set up the curriculum structure that combines theory and practice,and construct the curriculum content which is connected with the progressive course. |
