Since entering the 2.0 era of education informatization,my country's private education and training institutions have entered the stage of popularization,but they are faced with how to ensure the improvement of the teaching quality of private education and training institutions.People have begun to apply information technology extensively in private education and training institutions.People have high hopes for information technology and have invested a lot of money in promoting the informatization construction of private education and training institutions.The study found that only teachers can effectively use information technology to achieve effective teaching.Therefore,improving the efficiency of teachers' informatized classroom teaching in private education and training institutions has become an urgent problem for private education and training institutions to achieve effective teaching.This study adopts a case study method and selects a private education and training institution in Shenyang as a case.Through the study of teachers' informatization teaching activities and students' evaluation of informatization teaching effects,the current situation of teacher informatization classroom teaching in private education and training institutions is analyzed.,And explore the strategies of private education and training institutions to achieve effective teaching.The full text is divided into four parts: introduction,theoretical research on effective teaching,research on the status quo of effective teaching,and research on strategies for realizing effective teaching.The introduction is divided into five parts,including problems,status quo,purpose,methods and meanings.The theoretical research of effective teaching includes the definition of related concepts and the establishment of research objects.Secondly,it explains related theories,namely constructivist learning theory,effective teaching theory and TPACK theory,and their enlightenment to this research.In the current research part,a questionnaire survey method is adopted.Use student evaluation methods to understand the current status of effective teaching in private education and training institutions.In the strategic research part,in order to realize the effectiveness of information-based classroom teaching in private education and training institutions,it is necessary to start with the four elements of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching conditions and teaching methods based on the deep integration of education and information technology to promote private education and training Informatization construction of institutional teachers,thereby improving the teaching quality of private education and training institutions.
