The comprehensive promotion of cadre education and training will provide a strong ideological, political and human resource guarantee for the promotion of China's economic strength. It is also an important content for our party to train high-quality cadres and ensure the smooth development of the party's cause. However, with the rapid development of China's economy and comprehensive deepening of reform, the contradiction between supply and demand of cadre education and training in China has suffered a bottleneck. Therefore, the introduction of market mechanism and the choice of private education institutions to join the training team has become a trend of the times.However, in the actual development, private education institutions are faced with many problems in the process of undertaking cadres' education and training. How should we face and solve these problems?This article uses the literature research method,the analysis induction method,the comparison research method and the interview investigation method to carry on the research. Combined with the actual situation, the paper demonstrates the problems encountered by private education institutions in undertaking the education and training of cadres, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Starting from the education and training of cadres of private education institutions of the research background and significance, this paper expounds the connotation of the education and training of cadres,private educational institutions, and discusses the status quo of the overall situation of cadre education and training of our country and private educational institutions.Subsequently, this paper puts forward the main problems in the development of the education and training of the cadres engaged in private education institutions. These problems are the contradiction between the demand and the market mechanism, the training of traditional cadre education and training organization open degree low, affected by the limit of the system, the training of acceptance is not high, training reimbursement policy is restricted, the cadre education and training evaluation of training management system is not perfect. Finally, it puts forward the policy exploration of improving the private education institutions undertaking the cadre education and training: First, we should increase policy support and guide the development of private education institutions, such as introducing market competition mechanism, outsourcing training services, and giving full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources and implementing scientific division of labor; Second, we should regulate the industry standard, perfect supporting services, such as making and regulate the industry access standards,establish and improve the training qualification certification system,increase financial support and reduce the difficulty of reimbursement, emphasize the service function of government in private education institutions in the education of cadres; Third, we should pay attention to the training of ability, improve the degree of social recognition, such as the establishment of a scientific and effective training effect evaluation mechanism, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the education and training of cadres training process and improve the effectiveness of social recognition.
