| With the development of society,the power of cooperation is more and more important.Because people cooperate and help each other,they can amplify each other’s strengths,learn from each other’s strengths,and better cope with challenging tasks through the power of cooperation.In education and teaching,the use of cooperation-based learning methods has been strongly advocated by educators at home and abroad.Although cooperative learning is getting more and more attention,in the basic education stage,the implementation of group cooperative learning in elementary school mathematics classes has not exerted the greatest advantages,and has not yet met the requirements of the mathematics curriculum standards.Therefore,in response to this problem,the author puts forward the topic of "Action Research on the Implementation of Group Cooperative Learning in Primary School Mathematics Classes".On the basis of consulting a large number of papers and in-depth school surveys,the author investigates and analyzes the status of group cooperative learning in elementary school mathematics classrooms.Taking the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and action research method as the research methods,a total of 50 students from ten groups in six classes of the Z primary school in S city were studied as objects,and 7 outstanding math teachers of the school were interviewed.And communication,the author conducted two rounds of action research.At the same time,seven outstanding math teachers in the school were interviewed And exchanges,conducted two rounds of action research.To better understand teachers’ understanding of group cooperative learning and the implementation of group cooperative learning in elementary school mathematics classes.After the first round of action research,the problems in the cooperative learning of the implementation team were improved,and the second round of action research was planned and implemented.Research shows that the implementation of group cooperative learning in elementary school mathematics classroom is feasible and operable.Finally,the researchers have summarized the teaching process of implementing group cooperative learning in the primary school mathematics classroom and put forward six teaching suggestions: 1.rationally plan the group and clarify the division of labor among students;2.formulate cooperation rules to improve teaching efficiency;3.Stimulate students’ interest and mobilize enthusiasm for cooperation;4.Focus on resultsdisplay and timely and accurate evaluation;5.Design reasonable content to promote goal achievement;6.Clarify teacher responsibilities and strengthen teamwork. |
