Research On The Design Of The Transformation And Development System Of Local Colleges And Universities

As the organization of regional higher education,local colleges and universities have become the basic carriers for realizing a service-oriented regional education system.This study takes the design of the transformation and development system of local colleges and universities as the research theme,and provides a framework for the design of the transformation system of local colleges and universities.From the perspectives of stakeholder theory,institutional change theory,structural function theory,etc.,and from the perspective of theory,the author discusses the institutional design of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities to lay the theoretical foundation for this.This paper mainly uses questionnaire survey methods and quantitative research methods to verify the research hypotheses proposed in the research design.Based on the found research conclusions,it proposes a system design for the transformation and development of local universities.This study is divided into four parts: The first part determines the five main institutional dimensions of the transformation and development of local universities through literature analysis,designing questionnaires,and conducting a large-scale survey.The second part provides theoretical basis for the design of the transformation and development system of local colleges and universities through theoretical construction,and finds the main influencing factors,including the discipline professional construction system,the teacher construction system,the applied talent training system,the scientific research system,and the school management system.These five aspects constitute the institutional design framework.The third part,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,first uses quantitative research methods to verify the correlation between the dimensions of the transformation and development system of local colleges and universities.This dimension describes the current situation of the transformation system of local colleges and universities and finds out the current system problems in these five dimensions.Finally,a path analysis is performed to verify the model of the design mechanism of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities.In the fourth part,for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,put forward system design suggestions in the aspects of discipline construction system,teacher construction system,applied talent training system,scientific research system,and school management systemThe results of this study have implications for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,and help to improve the institutional design of the transformation and development of local colleges.
