The rapid development of science and technology since the 20 th century has produced a new culture based on film and television,this new culture has become a very important source of information in today's social life.The 2011 "Full-time Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards" put forward the importance of the development and utilization of curriculum resources in the implementation recommendations,film and television resources have the advantages of vividness,diversity,and intuitiveness for primary school Chinese reading teaching,which will help improve students' comprehensive Quality.Researchers are trying to provide a reference for the development and utilization of the educational value of film and television resources by carrying out research on the teaching practice of using film and television resources in reading teaching in elementary school.This research mainly adopts action research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature method.After two rounds of action research carried out by the researcher,two textbooks in the sixth grade are selected and combined with film and television resources for teaching practice.Select the film and television resources that match the text content and teaching goals,guide students to start text reading,watch the film and television resources to promote reading,exchange and sharing,expand students' knowledge horizons,and meet their reading expectations.According to the teaching effects in the first round of teaching practice,find the deficiencies,such as failure to effectively achieve teaching goals,excessively long broadcast time of film and television resources,confusing classroom discipline in action research,and rigid design connections in teaching,and reflect on and adjust the deficiencies.The study found that the use of film and television resources to assist reading teaching can help improve Students pay attention to the details of text content and the description of characters,strengthen the cooperation and communication between students and students,cultivate students 'divergent thinking,and enhance the creativity of students' thinking;on the other hand,they can innovate the teaching methods of teachers and help Improve the teaching effect of reading teaching.The appropriate length of time for playing video clips in reading teaching is within 5 minutes,the study summarizes the specific film and TV resources that are suitable for text in the Chinese textbooks for the senior years of the elementary school,and finally proposes the establishment of a school video resource sharing platform.
