"Guiding and learning with problem", which starts from the problems in teaching, helps to stimulate and maintain students’ learning interest, inspire and guide the students taking part in the teaching activities actively. Ideal "Guiding and learning with problem" should be applying the "meaningful questions" to guide, combining the teacher’s refined teaching with the students’ positive thinking to mobilize students’learning initiative and self-consciousness and arouse students’ innovation enthusiasm to form the lively study situation of smooth interaction in the mathematics class which taking students as main body and teaching taking teacher as dominant effect. But through my own internship experience, I found the effect of "Guiding and learning with problem" in the high school mathematics teaching is not ideal, the bilateral interaction between teachers and students is not obvious, students’participation in the classroom is not strong. Exploring the problems existing in the "Guiding and learning with problem" and seeking the improving countermeasures become the research contents of this article.This article organizes the literature on researching "Guiding and learning with problem", defines the related concepts and introduces the theories of "Guiding and learning with problem". On the basis of theory research, the article investigates and studies the current application states of "Guiding and learning with problem" in the high school mathematics class teaching by distributing questionnaires to the high school students and teachers and interviewing them. By analyzing the data, and the problems (I find) of the mathematics class teaching implementation, in this article I try to think deeply about them and put forward some solving strategies.The survey reflects that most of the teachers are applying "Guiding and learning with problem" in teaching, but it mainly to be the teachers’lecturing in the teaching course. The mainly problems existing in the design of the questions include:teachers concern about the systematicness and levels of the problem is not enough. The mainly problems existing in the process of "learning" include:the relationship between teachers and students needs to be improved; students lack of interest and confidence; students’ problem consciousness, ability of independent exploration and learning are very weak; questions mainly asked and answered by teachers; teachers neglect the evaluation on students and requirements on their homework.In order to improve the present situation of "Guiding and learning with problem", this article proposes some solving strategies from the basic and technical level of mathematics class teaching:establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students to lay a foundation for cultivating students’ interest in learning and creating good classroom atmosphere; creating problem situation and paying attention to the link-up of knowledge to help students build up confidence; making teaching aims problem-based to help students clarify the learning goals; combining with the situation of the students to design questions; grasp the flexible questioning techniques and make reasonable evaluation to develop students’ autonomous learning ability; cultivating students’ good study habits, paying more attention to the thinking traces in students’ homework. Finally, this article provides a teaching design which applies "Guiding and learning with problem".
