Research On The Status Quo And Innovative Countermeasures Of The Shanghai Primary School Games

The school sports meeting is a grand festival for students,a carrier to spread spiritual culture,an effective way to cultivate students' sense of responsibility,good adaptability,unity and cooperation,good quality and other moral qualities,as well as the most vivid classroom for students to understand society and surpass themselves.Students are the hope and future of our country.It is necessary to get rid of the malpractice of the traditional school sports meeting and create a school sports meeting that meets the needs of the times and students.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,case analysis and statistical analysis to study the current situation of school sports meeting in53 primary schools in 13 districts of Shanghai.It summarizes the innovations of some schools in the opening ceremony,project setting,ways to encourage students to participate,awards and prizes setting and development methods.It is found that the problems existing in the current Shanghai primary school sports meeting are as follows:unreasonable time distribution;single project setting and group project ignored;low level of participation,low level and quality of participation,low participation time and times of students,single role of students;imperfect incentive methods,single award setting and insufficient attraction of prizes;achievement of the purpose of the school sports meeting Not high.In view of the above problems,this paper,based on the detailed cases of Shanghai primary school sports meeting,the data analysis results of teachers and students' questionnaires and the interviews with experts,puts forward the countermeasures to promote the innovation of the school sports meeting: making flexible competition cycle to meet the development needs of students;enriching the categories of competition items,improving the content and form of the items;encouraging all students to participate in And,to improve the quality of students' participation;to establish an efficient self-evaluation mechanism,and to summarize the experience and shortcomings in time.Perfect the awards and prize settings,guide students to develop in an all-round way;and the final conclusions are as follows:1.The school sports meeting of Shanghai primary school is held at least once a year,but the time is too short,usually half a day or within a day,so it is unable to carry out a variety of competition projects,which shortens the competition time,resulting inpoor participation quality of students.It is suggested to make a flexible competition period and extend the competition time appropriately.2.The sports events of Shanghai primary school are unreasonable,the opening and closing ceremonies are lack of innovation,the categories of competition events are single,the proportion of group events is low,and they are not valued.It is suggested to enrich the categories of competition items and improve the contents and forms of the items.3.The participation level and quality of Shanghai primary school sports meeting is not high,the participation time and times of students are few,the role of students is single,the opportunities of students' participation are few and the form is relatively passive.Encourage all students to participate,improve the number and duration of students' participation,enrich the ways of students' participation,and improve the quality of students' participation.4.Some of the goals of Shanghai primary school sports meeting have not been well realized,so it is suggested to establish an efficient self-evaluation mechanism;the reward method of Shanghai primary school sports meeting is not perfect,the award setting is old,the ranking tends to a few elites,and the award focuses on spiritual reward,which can not fully attract the interest of students.It is suggested to improve the setting of awards and prizes,enrich the categories of prizes,and pay attention to the value and significance of prizes after competitions.
