With the progress of society and the innovation of technology,people's way of life has gradually undergone tremendous changes,living habits are greatly impacted by modern life,and some trend diseases emerge as the times require.Contemporary college students are in such an environment.Due to various pressures such as academic and social employment pressure,college students are in a state of working and studying for a long time,and their sports activities are gradually reduced.While sedentary and static behavior for a long time is the reason why college students have various physical discomfort symptoms such as cervical spondylosis and protruding lumbar intervertebral disc,their physique is getting worse and worse,and their quality of life is also declining.With the implementation of the National Fitness Program and the strengthening of health education proposed in the outline of the healthy China 2030 Plan,the physical and mental health education of college students as a special group has also become an important focus of work in colleges and universities.It has been recognized that exercise can effectively improve the physique and relieve stress,but due to the large number of exercise methods and contents,it has become a hot issue to constantly explore a healthy exercise style suitable for college students.More and more college students will choose to exercise in the gym,and the dynamic cycling course is nothing more than one of the most popular exercises in the gymnasium,but whether dynamic cycling can improve the physical quality of sedentary college students after a certain exercise intervention cycle and alleviate the pressure of college students is the problem to be discussed and solved in this study.Research purpose.Through 12-week exercise intervention,this paper discusses the effect of motor bicycle on the physical quality and stress of sedentary college students.The purpose of this study is to provide a feasible exercise plan and theoretical basis for sedentary college students to improve their physical quality,relieve stress and improve their sleep quality.Research methods.Sixty sedentary college students in Luliang College were selected(randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).The control groupmaintained the original living habits,and the experimental group adopted dynamic bicycle as the intervention mode.and popularize the knowledge about the harm of sedentary behavior once a month.Before and after the experiment,the body mass index,vital capacity,grip strength,pull-up,sit-ups,standing long jump,50 m,1000 m(male),800m(female),reaction time,sitting forward flexion,eye closure and other indexes of sedentary college students were tested to reflect the changes in physical quality of sedentary college students.At the same time,the "College Student stress scale" was used to analyze the stress changes of sedentary college students after exercise bicycle intervention,and the Pittsburgh Sleep scale was used to analyze the changes of sleep quality of sedentary college students.Research results.1 12 week exercise bike on the physical quality of sedentary college students:(1)through the 12-week experimental study,there was no significant difference in all indexes between the control group and female sedentary college students after the experiment(P >);(2).After 12 weeks of exercise bicycle intervention in the experimental group,the sedentary male students in the experimental group had significant changes in BMI,50 meters,reaction time and 1000 meters.The scores of grip strength,standing long jump,vital capacity,sitting flexion,pull-up,eye-closing and single-foot stand were significantly improved in the experimental group(P <0.05).In the experimental group,there were significant changes in BMI,50 m,reaction time and 800 m,grip strength and standing long jump.The scores of vital capacity,flexion in sitting position,sit-ups and standing on one foot with eyes closed were significantly improved(P < 0.01).2 12 week exercise bike on stress index of sedentary college students:(1)there was no significant difference in all indexes between sedentary male and female college students in the control group(p > 0.05 mol / L).After 12 weeks of dynamic bicycle intervention in the experimental group,the scores of personal annoyance,learning annoyance and negative life events of sedentary male and female college students decreased significantly(p <0.01).The total score of stress test also decreased significantly.(P < 0.01).3 12 week exercise bike on sleep quality of sedentary college students: through 12 weeks of experimental study,there was no significant difference in all indexes between male and female sedentary college students in the control group(p > 0.05).The results of 12-week exercise bicycle intervention in the experimental groupshowed that the sleep quality and sleep efficiency of sedentary male / female college students were significantly improved(P < 0.05).There was a significant decrease in daytime disorder(P < 0.05)and a very significant decrease in total sleep score(P <0.05),but there was no significant change in sleep time,sleep disorder and hypnotic drugs(P > 0.05).4 The correlation between stress and sleep quality of sedentary college students:(1)before the experiment,there was a significant positive correlation between stress and sleep quality of sedentary male and female college students(P < 0.05and);(2).After12 weeks of exercise bicycle intervention,the stress and sleep quality of sedentary male and female college students were significantly improved,but still showed a significant positive correlation.It shows that there is a significant positive correlation between college students' stress and sleep quality,that is,the greater the stress(the higher the score of stress),the worse the sleep quality(the lower the score of PSQI),on the contrary,the lower the stress(the lower the score of stress),the worse the sleep quality(the higher the score of PSQI).Research conclusion.Dynamic cycling for 12 weeks can significantly improve the physical quality of sedentary college students in terms of strength,speed,endurance,agility,flexibility,etc.,and can effectively relieve the stress of sedentary college students,and significantly improve the quality of low sleep caused by stress.
