The knowledge sharing platform is an online community platform for users to learn and share knowledge experiences.At the background of the country's advocacy of Internet innovation education and learning,and the rapid development of mobile technology,many knowledge sharing platforms have been rising,and adults have a strong willingness to learn.Understanding the learning experience and needs of adults on the knowledge sharing platform can provide some suggestions for the development and improvement of the platform,thereby improving the learning effect of adults on the platform.Based on the existing research and theory,this study uses the "Zhihu" platform as the starting point to formulate a questionnaire and interview outline for learning experiences and needs of adults on a knowledge sharing platform,and investigates the learning experience and needs of adults.Suggestions for the development and improvement of knowledge sharing platforms.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and current situation,research purpose,concept definition,research ideas and methods.The second chapter builds the analysis framework of this research based on the existing literature,the communication theory of learning,and the distributed cognitive theory.The third chapter mainly introduces the general situation of the knowledge sharing platform,the design and implementation of questionnaires and interviews.The fourth chapter analyzes the questionnaires and interviews,and presents the survey results in terms of adult learning experience and learning needs.The fifth chapter describes the research conclusions.The current knowledge sharing platform has a good overall learning experience for adults,and there are certain differences in the experience of different groups.Adults have strong learning needs,and the learning content is closely related to their profession or specialty,but the learning location is not fixed,time is not enough;from the perspective of different groups,students and working people have great differences in learning content,methods,purposes and so on.At the same time,Chapter 5 reflects on the characteristics of a knowledge sharing platform.The knowledge sharing platform should maintain the original intention of knowledge sharing,highlight the platform's mobility,pay attention to the classification of learning groups,and use a reasonable payment model.In terms of optimizing the adult learning experience,respectively,From the four dimensions of improving operational interaction,path-finding interaction,conscious interaction,and creative interaction experience,specific suggestions were made to optimize basic functions,enrich interaction methods,improve content quality,and improve reward mechanisms.
