The influence of teachers on students and classes is huge,and the atmosphere of the class also has a great influence on students ’academic performance and students’growth.Female teachers are an important part of the teaching team in China.At the same time,females also have their obvious flexible character charm.It is of academic and practical significance to study the impact of female teachers on the class atmosphere.This article aims to reveal the relationship between female teachers and the class atmosphere.Some suggestions for improving the class atmosphere with female teachers.This article studies the relationship between female teachers ’leadership traits.Specifically,it is divided into the following parts:First,the questionnaire on female teachers’ leadership traits and class atmosphere is revised.This article draws on the leadership profile 360TM summarized by Robert J.Marzano.The 21 leadership questionnaires summarized are modified to form the following dimensions:individual care,motivation,challenge stereotypes and leadership charm,used to measure the female teachers’ leadership trait questionnaire.Based on the "My Class" questionnaire summarized by Professor Jiang Guangrong,the class atmosphere is divided into five dimensions:teacher-student relationship,order discipline,competition,learning burden,and student relationship,and the class atmosphere is measured.These two questionnaires have been widely used and have good reliability and validity.In this paper,the author has tested the reliability and validity.Secondly,the relationship between the two was studied,32 female teachers were investigated,and 1,103 questionnaires were distributed.To analyze the influence of female teachers’leadership traits on various dimensions of the class atmosphere,specific analysis and regression analysis were carried out,and the conclusion about the relationship between the two was drawn.There is a significant correlation between the two,so on the basis of improving the leadership qualities of female teachers,it can enhance the class atmosphere.Finally,I gave some suggestions on how to improve the class atmosphere,hoping to have reference and practical significance for future research.Through the above research,this study draws the following conclusions:First,the female teachers’leadership traits surveyed and the class atmosphere of their classes performed well,both reaching average levels;Second,there is a significant correlation between female teachers’leadership traits and class atmosphere;Third,various changes in the female teacher ’s class atmosphere can be achieved by adjusting the female teachers’leadership traits.
