The main goal of education is to favor students systematically master subject knowledge,develop higher-order thinking skills,and have problem-solving skills in daily life.The basic education stage is a process in which students continuously construct knowledge systems,master scientific methods and scientific thinking,and critical thinking skills are a necessary prerequisite for effectively mastering scientific methods and scientific thinking.Therefore,critical thinking and physical problem-solving skills have always been hot topics in physics education research.In this study,the literature method was used to appraise the theoretical connection between critical thinking and physical problem solving.The critical thinking tendency scale,critical thinking skill scale,and physical problem solving ability test paper were used to investigate the NGB students.in accordance with the survey results,corresponding training strategies are proposed.This study is mainly composed of the following five parts:The introduction part mainly introduces the background,significance,main research content and research methods of critical thinking and physics problem solving.Chapters 2 and 3 summarize the research status of this study at home and abroad,and analyze the relationship between critical thinking and problem solving and the important role of critical thinking in problem solving process.The fourth chapter is mainly to use the self-edited and adapted "High School Students Critical Thinking Tendency Scale","High School Students Critical Thinking Skills Scale for Physics",and "High School Students' Physical Problem Solving Ability Test Paper" for Wuxi SQ Middle School The students NGB students and Shanghai WY Middle School 's NGB all took the test,and improved the scale based on the paper and pencil test results.The fifth chapter is mainly to test the revised three scales for all senior high school students in an experimental demonstration CS middle school in a district of Shanghai.The results show that critical thinking tendencies of the senior high school students in the NGB students are in a contradictory state.There is no difference between gender and mother tongue category.There are no differences in mother tongue categories in the seven dimensions of critical thinking.When it comes to gender differences,apart from the open-minded dimension,girls are stronger than boys,and there are no gender differences in the other dimensions.The critical thinking skills of students in physics are generally not high,there is no gender difference,but there are differences in the types of mother tongue.The results also show that students' physical problem-solving skills are generally not high,boys are stronger than girls in regard to gender differences,and there are differences in native language categoriesbut not significant.In terms of relevance research,critical thinking tendencies are not related to the critical thinking skills and physical problem-solving skills,but critical thinking skills and physical problem solving abilities show correlation.The last chapter 6 mainly puts forward strategies for how to cultivate critical thinking in physics problem solving for internal and senior students based on the results of the test Physics problem-solving homework for sexual thinking is designed to provide effective materials for students in NGB to develop critical thinking skills in physics problem solving.
