. In the context of the information age, living in a flood of information among the world the importance of critical thinking increasingly prominent. Educational reform around the world regard the culture of critical thinking in a very important position, but the people didn’t raise awareness of critical thinking. Under the influence of the current education system, academic pressure and other practical factors, when students solve their own problems they usually show a lack of critical thinking skills.Based on this, on the basis of literature study, the paper firstly started from the core essence of critical thinking, combed the connotation and composition of critical thinking, analyzed the relationship between critical thinking and problem-solving, and discussed the specific performance that critical thinking plays among the activity of problem-solving in high school IT curriculum. Subsequently, the paper chose two medium-level classes the writer taught in high school for the relevant investigations, to find what are the problems in the critical thinking skills. Then the paper found on these issues, combined with the main process of critical thinking and discussed methods of training the critical thinking among the activity of problem-solving in high school IT curriculum. Around raising questions (generation point of view), analyzing information, drawing conclusions (demonstration viewpoint), assessment and reflection activities in the process of thinking, the paper explored ways to use in the actual teaching activities. After the implementation, the paper analyzed the effect with multiple angles.
