With the initiative of the state to establish various systems and the conscious participation of various social forces,martial arts education has shown its unique value in the construction of the country.Value is the driving force of social activities.While "WilltoValue imprints "value" on all activities,it also allows human beings to clearly understand that the clearer the understanding of the value of their own activities,the more powerful the forces will be.Bigger.The necessary prerequisite to promote the integration of Wushu inside and outside the class is to understand the value of Wushu integration inside and outside the school.In the context of Shanghai's school physical education reform from "3+2+2" to "4+2+2",school sports began Clearly aware of the lack of time for their own sports activities;in the context of a culturally strong and culturally confident country,how school martial arts can actively promote the process of "educating a strong country" is a question of the times when martial arts enters campus.In view of this,this study uses literature materials,questionnaires,teaching experiments and other research methods to construct an integrated teaching model of elementary school martial arts in and out of the school.The actual teaching mode of martial arts in school education.in conclusion:1)The construction of "integration of primary and secondary martial arts classes"can more effectively complete the five goals of knowledge,skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values.2)After implementing the integrated teaching mode in and out of class,students'interest in martial arts learning has increased to varying degrees,but the upward trend of experimental classes is more obvious.It shows that the teaching process structure of "integration of martial arts inside and outside" closely follows the formation of students 'interest in martial arts,which enables students to experience various funs such as learning martial arts,exchanging culture,challenging opponents,etc.,thereby deepening the understanding of martial arts and enhancing martial arts learning interest.3)Through the longitudinal comparison of experiments,it is found that the physical qualities of the experimental class and the control class are developing in a benign direction.The horizontal comparison finds that the increase in the physical quality and martial arts skills of the experimental class is slightly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the implementation of internal and external integration of martial arts classes is more conducive to improvement Students'physical fitness level and martial arts skill level.suggest:1)The improvement of the system is a strong guarantee for the teaching of physical education.The setting of physical education in schools must conform to the laws of physical and mental development of students,and the laws of physical skills formation.2)Destroying routines is one of the cores of the integration of primary and secondary school martial arts.While embodying the offensive and defensive tactics of martial arts,it must also have the inheritance of traditional culture,so that students can learn independently and stimulate their interest.3)Focus on creating a martial arts cultural atmosphere and set up a "Chinese Kung Fu Learning Corner".Let students participate,experience martial arts,and feel the impact of martial arts culture.
